    • I take two gels of fish oil a day. I take it for its health benefits, but not to lose weight. I think it doesn't help in losing weight unless, we also diet and do some vigorous exercise that can really make us sweat.

    • How about gaining weight? hehe .. I need to gain weight. I eat too much food but I won't gain even a little weight.
