Stress is an emotional strain from demanding circumstances. Anxiety is that feeling of unease or worry that comes when something is coming into your life with an uncertain outcome. Most of us have these feelings and symptoms from time to time. Pacing, lack of sleep, feelings of dread are all symptoms of these negative feelings. Symptoms can be as pronounced as crying , trouble sleeping- even panic attacks. There are some basics skills we can learn to do that will help to calm us and bring us back to a manageable mood. But, we have to be aware of these feelings and catch them as early as possible.
Going for a walk or getting some exercise can help. Just a change of atmosphere can do the trick. Concentrating on something else is a good ploy to change your mood too. Watching an engaging movie or involving yourself in a favorite hobby can be of help in changing the mood.
Understanding the reason for the stress or anxiety can go a long way in helping to stop your negative feelings. Give it some thought. Be true to yourself and your own abilities. Knowing yourself and why these feelings are plaguing you can help something that seems unsurmountable become doable. But, it is up to you. If you need to express it to someone choose a friend who is a good listener. Sometimes just expressing some anxiety and the reasons can take a great load off of you. Talking yourself through the up coming situation(what could happen and what you will do, etc.) can also be helpful.
Being unsure can cause a lot of mixed emotions. Past experiences, lack of confidence, fear of the unknown all can merge to make the situation unbearable. If it is a job interview for instance. Make sure you research the company, know basic interview questions, and be sure you look appropriate for the job you are interviewing for. If you do your homework and are confident that you know your stuff you will not be so apt to feel the dread and nervousness that comes with inconfidence.
Taking care of yourself is something that will help too. Getting a good night’s sleep is one of the best things you can do for yourself. That and eating a good diet. Certain vitamins help us to balance our moods and keeps us calm. Minerals help to make organs in our bodies do their job to best of their ability. Junk food and sugars aren’t going to do you any good in eleviating stress or anxiety.
In closing, just be aware of these feelings and use some of these options to clear yourself of these scary feelings.

yes. I agree with you These are the tips needed for everyone.
Most of the stress cases are due to less information about the result or unknown or outcome of the efforts made.
In many cases, people before attending an Interview suffer from stress. They know they are good. Still, they suffer from stress. They really feel stress for fear of the questions in the Interview which really does not carry any meaning at all. Lack of confidence is another factor for the stress. One should develop confidence while doing an activity. It is this quality in most of the cases, one can come out of stress successfully.
And if these people being interviewed would do some research ahead of time about what they might be asked and what to wear at this job site then they will cut down on embarrassment and a bad interview. Lack of confidence is a big factor I think. And doing their homework would help with this. Confidence will grow as people experience things. It is taking that first step that is scary. And that gives me a new idea for another post. Thanks for your comment.
From my experiences of job interviews, I only get nervous when I was interviewed for my very first job interview.
I guess that is understandable because I haven't experienced that ever yet.
But after being in that job for more than 15 years, I resigned and rested for about a year.
Then I started applying again. I never felt nervous during the interviews, because I am now more experienced and confident what to answer to the questions that might be thrown me.
The job interview was just a for instance. Most have had experience with those but I used it to describe how anxiety could come up.
Stress-related is inevitable in our lives. Some people cannot handle the stressors. They can even run away from them. These people are too weak to endure such stress. We can't blame them.
Thus, they need a support system to encourage them to go on their lives.
For those people who can handle their stressors. They just need to deal with them one stressor to another. We are not living in a perfect world. As others claimed, these stressors are a gift from God.It is part challenging oneself to solve by ourselves.
At most cases, some serious stressors can pull down the spirit of an individual. The course of action is to consult a mental specialist. If it is not being treated, then it could lead to self-damaging mental conditions. The worst scenario, it can lead to death due to severe depression.
Yes, it is. Many don't know how to handle it and so it can be a real problem. Mental specialists is a good choice if it gets out of hand. I don't have that options and I am sure some others don't either. That is why I write about it.
