South Africa Beat India in 3rd ODI Match in series,2010

South Africa was scheduled to play a 7 Match ONE DAY International in India in 2010. Both teams have great players and all rounder’s and match winners and it would be interesting to see them battle in this series and who batted very well  will be crowned as the winner after the series as they are ranked at 2 and 4. The 3rd ONE DAY international match was to be played on Sardar Patel Stadium, Ahmedabad, India on 27th Feb 2010. India as needed to score 366 runs in 50 over’s to win this match.

India well but was unable to chase the target of 366 runs and was able to make only 275 runs in 44.3 over’s at the loss of 10 wickets and lost the game by 90 runs with top contributions from V Kohli who made 57 runs in 71 balls with 4 4’s and 1 sixes at the strike rate of 80 runs in 100 balls.

South Africa won the match by 90 runs and series stands at 2-1 in favor of India with 4 more games to play.
