South Africa Beat Bangladesh in 2nd T 20 of series,2015

South Africa was scheduled to play a 2 Match T 20 International Series in Bangladesh in 2015. Both teams have great players and all rounder’s and match winners and it would be interesting to see them battle in this series. The 2nd T 20 international match was to be played on Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka, Bangladesh on 7th July, 2015. South Africa already lead the series 1-0.

And Bangladesh team and 11 was looking like this in this 2nd T 20 international Match: M Mortaza (c), Mushfiqur Rahim (wk), Shakib Al Hasan, Tamim Iqbal, Nasir Hossain, Sohag Gazi, Sabbir Rahman, S Sarkar, Arafat Sunny, Liton Das, M Rahman

South Africa batted very well and aggressively and was able to post total of only 169 runs in 20 over’s at the loss of 4 wickets and with top scores of South Africa Star batsman and Wicket keeper Q D Kock who made 44 runs in 31 balls with 4 4’s and 2 six at the strike rate of 142 runs in 100 balls and Ab De villiers who made 40 runs in 34 balls with 6 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 118 runs in 100 balls.

Bangladesh was needed to score 170 runs in 20 over’s to win this match and to tie the series 1-1 as South Africa already won the 1^st T 20 Match.

Bangladesh batted poorly and they were not able to chase this total and was bowled out for only 138 runs in 19.2 over’s and  top scored by Bangladesh star batsman S Sarkar who made 37 runs in 21 balls with 6 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 176 runs in 100 balls.

South Africa won the match by 31 runs and won the series 2-0.
