I have posted four lists of herbal plants and its uses previously and now, I want to add more of it. I have three more herbs to add to the list and these are:
1. OREGANO
Well, oregano can simply be used as a seasoning or spice for our food. But aside from that, the herb is used to treat gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, respiratory tract disorders, urinary tract disorders, and menstrual cramps.
2.Wild Garlic
It is rich in Vitamin C and A, sulfur content as well as minerals. It helps in cleaning our blood or it reduces blood cholesterol, strengthens our immune system, and cure stomach problems.
3.Chard
Disclaimer: These ideas are based on different research and studies. Other information is proven scientifically and others are based on testimonials. Don’t use these herbs as your medicine for your illness. It is always the best to ask your doctor about it before claiming it for your medication. Although these herbs are good to include in our diets for its benefits.

I like oregano oil to stop a cold. A few drops under the tongue works wonders. It does however taste vile. I wonder how the tea tastes. May try it for a bit of a change up.
I'm convinced that herbs and spices were always in God's medicine chest and green leafy veggies are a means of feeding the masses.
