Sleep is a source of cosmic energy.

Medical studies have shown that adults need to sleep at least 8-9 hours a day. However, most people due to constantly accelerating pace of life today are sleeping much less. Therefore, they often face a variety of health problems: constant feeling of fatigue, sleepiness during the day, headaches, digestive disorders, increased hunger, which can even become the cause of obesity.

Frequent person observes that sleep duration is not the only indicator of its quality. Even the long but shallow sleep does not cause a lot of satisfaction. Woke up in the morning we feel more tired than in the evening, we wake up not rested. Sleep disorders is widespread problem of our time. More and more adults are suffering from sleep disorders. For sleep not only impedes the nightmares, restless thoughts, depressed or stressful body’s state, but also bad habits. If a person is abusing all day coffee, alcohol and cigarettes, then in the evening his excited nervous system cannot switch to relaxation and tranquility. Then simple measures cannot already help to fall asleep Stop helping. In many similar cases just need to change your lifestyle. Otherwise, the problem will not be solved.

The optimal duration of sleep has a positive effect on the human body, because it gives the life force – the cosmic energy that is the basis of all our actions. The truth is that energy we can only get in two ways – sleeping and meditating. It is therefore appropriate to acknowledge that sleeping less than 8 hours it is impossible to get good sleep. The simple answer: up to midnight is resting the mind and only then the physical body. That is why it is so important to lie down to sleep earlier, at least at 22 hours, and give a rest to your mind.

It should be borne in mind that the human brain resist the dressage – the body will rest as much as it needs, and it is impossible to force it to sleep longer. It is wrong to think that after a hard week of work on Saturday sleeping till afternoon you will very relax. It only messes our sleep. The rule is simple – in order to sleep off, we have to sleep not a longer, but lie down in the evening when just feel a pleasant tiredness. So better do not try to compete with nature – you’ll still be defeated. You should make friends with your own body, to ensure proper regime and be rewarded for it – your health, well-being and performance will improve.

    • I always observe that when I dream and suddenly wake up that it's already morning, it is usually some light dreams.

I very seldom get scary dreams, but usually it's about someone looking from our window.

Sleep is one very important thing that everyone must have . With complete sleep we function better and we can think well too.
