SELF CONTROL: HOW TO PRACTICE AND IMPLEMENT IT

Self control is defined as the ability to control oneself when the need arises. The control covers many major aspects from emotions to actions. Practicing self control is no less than an art. It is a virtue that has to be developed gradually and with constant practice and motivation.

The society is full of distractions that will always tend to pull you towards them. They shall always try to bring out of you the qualities that you no longer want to carry forward. Control over self id really important in order to live a successful and content life.

In day to day life we get many chances where practicing self control becomes important both for our self as well as for our loved ones. Here are some common situations where self control makes you appear as a winner.

1). CONTROL OVER ANGER: To get angry and vent it out is really easy but what is difficult is to mend the damage caused by it later on. Actions and things said and done in a fit of anger are later on regretted most of the times. Having a control over the anger and handling the situations wisely can really help to manage the situation. To get angry is normal but sensible are those who know how to manage it.

2). CONTROL OVER SPEECH: Damage caused by words is one of the worst kind of damage that can be incurred. Having a control over the tongue requires great practice. It is always good to allow your actions speak more than your words. It is always sensible to speak appreciative words rather than the criticizing or complaining ones. It is not wrong to express yourself but expression under control with controlled usage of words is always welcome.

3). BODY LANGUAGE: Our body is a mirror for our thoughts. The way we react to things is very well depicted by our bodily movements. Even if you don’t speak anything your actions will definitely say it all. Successful are those who master over the technique of controlling their body.

4).SHORTCUTS: This is a big time distraction that demands a lot of self control. Every one wants to be rich and successful. But one should always keep in mind that there is no short cut to success. Any path that offers you a short way of achieving it will surely make you end up in a mess. All these routes are really very tempting and will always try to attract you. You should have a big control over your mind and body so as to stay away from any such diversions. Follow the correct path with continuous hard work and you will succeed for sure.

5). DIET: Good food is loved by all. But having a control on what you eat and how much you eat is really important. Unhealthy and uncontrolled eating habit is not at all beneficial. It is hard to stay away from food but imbibing self control can really help a lot in the long run.

      and some times at kids a lot of times the little kids
      look at me and there eyes would say shut up I know they want
