Cricket is a game in which the role of each player is quite important and when they unite their efforts they can won a game easily and comfortably . But the Role of an all rounder is so much important in cricket and it will surely add a charm to a team and its performance. A all rounder is a player who can bat as well bowl in cricket and in cricket if someone can do both these roles then it will surely help a teams productivity and also will help it’s team won a lot many matches as well. From the history of cricket we can look at many all rounder’s but India’s favourite all rounder was Kapil Dev, who bats very well and bowl with good pace as well and that is his ability and determination that win India its 1st World cup victory of One Day International World cup in 1983 over the mighty West Indies team.
After that Indian cricket team searched for many All rounder’s but they were not much successful, India got Ajit A, Irfan P, P Kumar, H Singh, Z khan but no one was much effective for long time, and currently India’s hopes are with H Pandya and S Binny.
The world cricket has seen many famous all rounder’s like Lance K and Jacques K for South Africa, Andrew F and Paul C for England, Shane W, Andrew S, Brett L, Tom M and many other more for Australia that’s why Australia is so much good with wining matches and cricket world cups, Abdul R, Shoaib M, Shaid A, Wasim A, and M Hafeez for Pakistan. SanAth J, C Vass, D Fernando, T Dilshan, Nuwan K and Jehan M for Sri Lanka, D Smith, D J Bravo, Chris G, M Samuels, A Russell, W Hinds, Carlos B, D Sammy, T Best and many more for West Indies cricket team.
