Just days after he and Kate Middleton welcomed their third child together, the Duke of Cambridge shared an update on the couple’s newborn son while he, Prince Harry , and Meghan Markle attended the Anzac Day Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey in London on Wednesday, April 25, 2018,

“Sleeping’s going reasonably well so far. So, he’s behaving himself, which is good,” the father of three can be heard saying in a video shared via On Demand News’ Twitter account. Saying that his little bundle of joy is “in good form, luckily,” Prince William added that both mom and baby are “doing very well.”
During the overheard conversation, the British royal even dropped a couple of hints regarding the child’s name. After Australian High Commissioner Alexander Downer asked whether the name Alexander was in consideration, Prince William joked, “Well, it’s funny you should say that. It’s a good name.”
He then quipped, “Jerry is a strong name, absolutely,” when it was jokingly suggested that New Zealand’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Sir Jerry Mateparae, hoped the baby would share his own name.

As Nicki Swift previously reported, Prince William, 35, and Middleton, 36, welcomed their new baby boy at St. Mary’s Hospital on Monday, April 23. “Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs. The baby weighs 8lbs 7oz,” Kensington Palace tweeted at the time, announcing the exciting news. “The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth. Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.”
The happy couple are also parents to 4-year-old son Prince George and 2-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte. At the time of this writing, Prince William and Middleton,
who left the hospital just seven hours after giving birth, have yet to officially announce the baby’s name.
