Psychology of the relaxation – alternate your activities.

Sometimes we want to achieve some goals, some dreams, but we think that there will not be enough time or strength for that. In order to engage in any new activities still need to devote some time and sometimes not just a passive time, but quite a lot of attention and energy. The truth is that it is always possible to find the time. However, often the time given to additional activities is subtracted from your rest. For example, from the relaxation watching TV or from the relaxation time with friends at the bar or anywhere else.

On the one hand, we are big workers, but on the other hand we are clinging to our relaxation. After all, it is necessary sometimes to relax, do not you? If we are completely overworked, it’s clear that then we need to completely relax.

We need a rest when we change nature of activity. The brain is resting not when we are relaxing muscles lounging on a sofa and watching something, but then, when the brain is not used for anything. Muscles rest when they are not used, when they relax, rather than doing anything else. Therefore, if you want to rest muscles better go read a book. If you want to be really productive and to work a lot, but at the same time be refreshed without all kinds of artificial additives, that’s all you have to do – alternate type of job.

If we know that true relaxation is not complete relaxation, but the change of essential nature of the activity, then we can always remain quite workable and not devote the time for so-called relaxation time. After all, they say – do not strain and you will not need to relax. The first step must be taken to our perception of time. What you should do to stop separate time to working time and rest periods. This distribution refusal frees up a lot of possibilities.
