Exercise is the base body care necessary for all people. It is enough to 10-15min daily.
Workout is activities increasing the capacity of the body. It is enough to 20-35min one to six times a week.
Sport is activities requiring physical activity and skills, where one or more people have fun trying to show a better result.
Forget aerobics, forget running tracks, and forget incomprehensible trainers and protein powder. If you want, forget the gym. All this is the only measures that can be applied, rather than requirements. What you need to know is the correct principles by which functions your body – then you not going against the nature and not destroying your health. A great looking and well functioning body is not one and the same. Muscle mountains or the ability to run marathons does not guarantee good health. Start from the goal always to feel good and feeling great, and this is a basis on which you need to build on everything you want to achieve, no matter is it the marathons, 300 push-ups, or a trip to the Mount Everest.
Since a man is a set of systems, the processes not run by one. The complex of exercise, workout and sport will increase physical strength, power training will raise the heart rate and temporarily increase metabolism, which will accelerate the fat burning at rest.
Generally speaking, there is not big difference for the muscles whether you are running or lift weights. In both cases, you are doing a physical job. The heart beats, breathing becomes deeper and more frequent, then follow and other body processes. Strengthening one body system, it also contributes to other systems capacity. Body which is working in elevated speed is allowing the brain to work faster.

Thugh i am with the sport thing and love to do it from time to time and i agree it boost immunity and your life and your work and you love also. I have to say it does not affect the brain that much, working out will make your body not mind work better live better and stay better for better and better, but if over used you are going to have muschles just like men, your bocy can be destroyed if you do not know limits for your work out, you need to workout from 20 to 30 minutes daily not less or you lose for nothing, you need work not more daily or you will have huge muscles like men does. balance is required in sports also. It is great to do it but bad to over do it. sports are the best treatment for many things and boost your immunity with the heart workout
Good article and thanks for the tips you mentioned only small correction about the timing to do the workout, should not be less than 20 or more than 30 minutes if you will do it dialy, if not daily then you can work out more every other day.
