Homemade food is still the best and it is not
difficult to prepare meals at home if you plan
out your meals ahead of time, carefully and
decisively.
Everybody is busy with full-time work,
household chores and studies everyday.
Many are too busy and too lazy to cook at
home after a busy day outside.
Hence, most of us would rather order a
take-away or dine at fast food
restaurant before return home.
As for me, no matter how busy and tired I am
after a hectic day of household chores, I
always put aside a spare time to sit down and
ponder how to cook a healthy meal for my
family who needs more nutrition than me.
It is wise to decide what to cook for the day or
the whole week.
It will be a waste of money and time to shop
for your groceries everyday even though the
wet market is nearby your house.
Planning your meals ahead of time helps you
to save money, save time and save your health from deteriorate.

meats which are suitable for roasting or grilling
methods.

wrap, store in tupperware, into the freezer.

rest in freezer.

batches too.

cooking time.

keep them aside.
