Pizza hut again, last review

Pizza hut, international food chain and very well known for their pizza and French fries. They have lots of branches in gulf. We used to go there once a month, but after our last two experience we stopped, here is my review for the outlet located UAE

Me and my friend went eat at pizza hut branch, after are done traveling around afternoon for lunch

We took two middle pizza and French fries and pepsi too with appetizers

The food was delicious, but the service was horrible and the amount of French fries was not the regular, it was less, also it was like they refried it. Any way for taking the order it took them 15 minutes, they so slow like they do not know the menu well. They do not speak the local area language. Then waited 20 minutes for the appetizer and French frise, later they brought the food. My friend approached the dining crew to remind her with the order, she kept checking here and there, then to keep us away she told her, wait at your table it will come. What type of service is that? We ate and we had to remind them of the pepsi

The food were served but not nice shape, do not let you eat it with appetite yes tasty but the pizza was cut into too small pcs or too big psc

Not good shape, was ridiculous cutting and you know what, we almost finished when the pepsi came that was last time we ate there

The one before we ordered to deliver it , and also did the same French fries just 4pcs and pepsi is hot

No tissue no seasoning and no plate though we told them on the phone

I mean we are not much eating at pizza hut but its still we order from time to time, why they do not put good staff? why they do not observe their staff? if they make extra step to be firm with staff, client would go more to pizza hut absolutely
