Pizza always make me happy.

Among numerous kinds of food, my favourite is pizza. And It tastes really fabulous. Most kids even adults, and love to eat pizza. And Pizza originated from Italy and was a basic part of the Italian diet. In fact, world’s first pizzeria opened in Naples, Italy in 1738.

Through centuries, and pizzas have revolutionised from just plain dough and tomato sauce into 4 in 1 pizzas. That means you can be choose four different flavours and to only pay for one pizza. In other words, you do not have to order four pizzas. Is not that amazing?

I like to have pizzas and straight from the oven and when they are still soft in the middle and crispy at sides. I love to eat crispy crust most. Furthermore, heavenly aroma always tantalises my nostrils whenever it is freshly out from oven. And It never fails to make me feel hungry even if I have just had a heavy meal.and
When I bite into the pizza, and I can feel the explosion of flavours in my mouth. And It is cheesy and there are mushrooms, diced vegetables, tomato sauce with deluxe cheese inside. And I would never grow tired of eating pizzas. And Absolutely nothing could stop me from eating the tasty pizza till my very last breath.

An early on I learned that everybody eats their pizza differently. And There are those who fold their slices in half, those who eat their slices with two hands, & those who dare I say like to cut their pizza with fork and knife. Some people soak up olive oil with a napkin, while others do not mind a greasy slice. Some people like crust, while others live for that first bite. Some people decorate their slices with spices, and while others like it plain.
Nearly any ingredient can put on pizza. From pepperoni and an anchovies to barbecue chicken and the pineapple, every pizza pie is like a unique work of art.And Every pie is a different shape and size. AndThere are thin crust pies, deep dish pies, and everything in between. And There are pies with different cheeses & tomato sauce, or even pies with completely different base altogether
.
Dough, cheese, and sauce are the tasty enough on their own, but chemistry behind how pizza cooks makes it so good. The dough, complex chemical reaction between flour, salt, water, and the yeast, combines with the fat and calcium rich cheese and an acidy sauce in the oven. In the oven, flavors combine due the chemical process called the Maillard reaction. An Once food reaches a temperature over 140 degrees Celsius, sugars and amino acids react to create that tempting cooked smell the bold, cooked flavor we love. And The acid from the sauce and the fat from cheese keep the top of the crust soft, adding addictive chewiness that keeps us coming back for the more.
