NailsInc Optic Flame
Nail polish addicts – unite! Love it when I find myself scoring a nice bargain on the small, simple things I love such as a nice and new bottle of nail polish. Buying nail polish here is a bit “expensive” if you ask me but then I learned that some pharmacies here put random items on “Reduced to Clear” shelves from time to time. I scored a nice bottle of NailsInc nail polish last Christmas (bought the bottle for only €1, regular price was around €8) from that as a result so when I find myself inside a pharmacy, I try to look around to see whether there is anything for me!
A couple of weeks ago, I went to the pharmacy to buy some vitamins and notice the “Reduced to Clear” shelf is back! Giddy like a child, I went over and saw a couple of nice NailsInc nail polish bottles selling for €1 – happy days! Unlike the bottle I scored last Christmas, this nail polish bottles seems like a freebie from a Colgate promo pack, but what the heck, a Euro for a nail polish? Yes, please!
I bought two bottles from that pharmacy trip but for now, I will write about this NailsInc nail polish called Optic Flame! It is still summer so this shade is very timely. From the outside, it seems like a bright red shade. I have a couple of red nail polish already in my stash but a girl can’t have too many red nail polish, can she? Seem really bright and cheerful to use during the peak summer days to brighten up the mood!
Similar to my first NailsInc nail polish bottle, it was so easy to apply and build up the color. The polish is not too thick and moderately runny. I only needed to apply two coats and it was enough to even out the color. Really vibrant shade and highly pigmented. It was only when I applied to my nails that I noticed there was a slight orange tone to the colour but I didn’t mind since I only plan to use this nail polish during summer anyway.
For this, I applied a single layer of clear base coat. Once it dried, I applied two coats of NailsInc Optic Flame. I also decided to use one coat of Essie’s As Gold as it Gets and that resulted in a really nice look for me. I thought the gold glitter really stood out from the bright nail polish!
NailsInc is definitely another good nail polish brand as this lasted me an entire week before it started to chip off from the edges. As usual, having painted nails did not stop me from doing my chores so I never really “protected” my hands/nails so it can last.
I was really happy with the bargain and can’t complain about anything since the nail polish was still very much high-quality even if I paid just a fraction for it. Love the colour and will definitely use it as much as I can before summer ends!

Wow that's nice. Actually I am the same way I used to think it is a weakness but time and time again I have always heard people say the same thing about how they go to stores to buy something and when they look around they come across something that they wanted and it was on offer so they would rather go ahead and buy it rather than go to the place where they usually buy to cut on costs, so it is okay to look around for bargains it helps a lot.
It is really nice. I mean spending €1 for a bottle of nail polish that usually costs around €8 is a huge bargain (for me). I'd probably not buy it if it was regular priced but I think a Euro is just like a treat for me. :) I can easily give up a cup of coffee in exchange for that.

No more headaches of chipping in or cracking of nails. Apply UV Gel Nail Polish and keep your fingers beautiful and attractive and be relaxed for at least for two to three weeks.
Advantages of UV Gel Nail Polishes
Most advantageous factor of UV Gel nail polishes is that it lasts for much longer durations of three to four weeks as against other acrylic nail polishes which get vanished and begin looking ugly within a single week only.
UV gel polishes provide superb fantastic appearance with no dents or scratches. They look more natural than other acrylics and catchy to the eyes of onlookers.
It is very easy to apply UV gel polish. Trim your nails as in normal course and apply the UV gel as a first coat to make the polish last longer than ever and cure it or dry it with a UV lamp or a LED lamp. Then apply the polish and dry it for one or two minutes with a UV lamp or LED lamp again. Apply another coat of polish for durability and brighter shine and dry it once again. Now your nails are ready.
It is very easy to remove as well. Soak for five minutes into any acrylic remover and rip it down. The whole layer of polish will get removed immediately without any extra effort of grinding or filing.
Disadvantages
The use of UV gel may be harmful to your skin. Health experts believe that continuous and repeated use of UV lamps or LED lamps may lead to skin cancer. So avoid direct contact with skin by using sunscreen lotion on fingers and around cuticles.
The continuous use of artificial nail covers and UV Gel coatings may deprive your nails from receiving natural light and air necessary for healthy growth of the nails.
You may have to bear the pain while your gel polish coatings are being dried up with the heat of UV lamp or LED lamp. But this pain can be reduced by pressing your nails at the bottom of UV lamp oven or by using small fans.
Another disadvantage may be that gaps may develop between the polished nails and cuticles when left unattended for more than three to four weeks as the nails grow up with passage of time. But this is the case with any other nail polish also. To avoid this, you will have to fill the gel polish in the gaps so developed before any others can notice it.
