Perform exercise every day and increase your body capacity.

For the simple exercise people usually perform yoga, dynamic stretching exercises and mobility exercises. Exercise is the basic body care necessary for all people. This allows you to preserve the health of the joints, to have freedom of movement and to avoid a lot of problems. Yoga is a holistic good health practices. Today you can meet the different branches of yoga, which focus on individual aspects of physical fitness and so providing additional benefits. Remember that feeling, which is when you just getting up in the morning, when the body is stagnant. Similarly happens a long time sitting on the plane or at the table. The right exercises will allow feeling free and fresh; body motor functions will work instantly.

Dynamic stretching exercises. Professional athletes perform stretching exercises, so why you should not do that, right? Dynamic tension exercises are not intended to stretch the muscles to their maximum length. Dynamic stretching prepares the body for physical discharge and sporting activities, improves the possibility of motion, blood flow and oxygen to the tissues. Professional athletes and coaches recognize the benefits of dynamic tension – to increase athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. Dynamic stretching takes place in motion, such as in a deep squat, stretching and releasing your leg muscles.

Mobility exercises. Stretching lengthens shorter and unbending muscles. Mobility is a motion-based system, which is addressing to the whole body and problematic issues that inhibit freedom of movement of the body capacity, including shorter and unbending muscles, the stiffness capsule of soft tissue and joints, the problems of motor control, joint movement restrictions and neuro-dynamic problems. In short – mobilizing is a tool of global affect for the problems of movement and capacity.
