These quarter chicken legs are amazingly awesome!
Initially, I thought that Pan fried garlic Chicken was a difficult recipe to prepare but I was proven wrong.
This pan fried chicken is garlicky flavorful and crispy especially the chicken skin and tender chicken flesh.
You won’t believe it that this chicken recipe is simply easy to prepare and you can even use oven or pan fried, whichever you prefer.
Lightly rub the quarter chicken leg with salt and pepper.
Next, you could use either olive oil , sunflower oil or butter to pan fry the chicken until the skin turn crispy.
You can pop in the chicken in an oven, layer with the aluminum foil on the pan.
It takes around 30 minutes to grill them.
However, I prefer to use the frying pan as I can control the gas heat and cooks faster, approximately 20 min.
Amazingly, the whole bulb of garlic ooze nicely into the chicken meat, without any garlic awful odor!
By the time the garlic turned soft, you could mash it up, dip with the chicken meat and you wouldn’t be able to smell the garlic flavor either.
It was an easy task, quick to prepare, ideal for dinner or better still, make this dinner for your mom on this coming Mother’s Day!
It became the best chicken meal of the week and everyone in my family was asking for more.
Will be making this Panfried Garlic Chicken again next weekend.

I love the smell of garlic it gives food a very yummy taste. I practically use it for most of my food as much as the pan fried chicken sounds amazingly delicious am not a fun of coated chicken just smelling it gives me that satisfaction feeling making it impossible to even eat it I prefer my chicken stewed or grilled that way I will enjoy it to the max.
You said chicken. You said garlic. End of discussion. Just pass me the plate! :)
I almost got the flavour of garlic as I was reading your recipe. I love garlic specially the ginger garlic paste which I use in several of my dishes.
You mean you must place the whole garlic bulb and not separate it?
