Pakistani Foreign Debt: A Critical Analysis from 1961 to 2016 (Pakistan Rulers are Corrupt)

As all human beings borrow money from friends in need and after sometime they return the borrowed money at the fixed time. Just like the same Pakistan has borrowed from the whole world as IMF, Countries, organizations and Individuals is called foreign debt in technical term or in the langue of economics. It is known to less than 25 per cent in Pakistan because in Pakistan literacy rate is very poor than any other country.

When the corrupt politicians appeal to the big banks and countries to borrow money they agree but they impose high interest rate and ask how they will pay our debt within the period fixed. If the countries do not pay the borrowed money the country is declared bankrupt all over the world. The loan has to pay back with high interest to the government if the government is dissolved the coming government will have to pay the borrowed loan definitely.

Suppose any country borrows money when the one dollar rate was 70 Pak Rupees and after sometimes the dollar rate becomes 80 Pak Rupees, in such condition ten dollar loss will also pay Pakistan to the money lenders country. High interest and plus tem dollar loss will make the country poorer and poorer and thus the country economics will fall like the tower of Troy.

I have read that Pakistan is to give 47 billion dollars foreign debt of different countries till present day. Greece, Zimbabwe and Argentina these three countries have been declared bankrupt but with Pakistan is not the case because Pakistan paid the load emergency. Pakistan has to pay 200 billion foreign debts in US dollars.

Analysis of Pakistani Foreign Debt from 1961 to 1985

After Independence Pakistan was not in a solid position therefore he has to apply for foreign load at last Pakistan was given $121 million dollars loan for five year from 1951b to 1955. Unfortunately in the next five years this amount became tripled due to participating in cold war and its result appeared that in 1969 the foreign debt of Pakistan became $2.7 billion. In 1971 the total foreign debt of Pakistan was $3 billion. Very sad when General Ziaul Haq made a coup in 1971 the foreign debt increased and increased to $6.3 billion.

After this zigzag in the economics of Pakistan appeared constantly and the history reveals that in between 1969 to 2012 this amount increased from $2.7 billion to $66.243 billion. When we study in detail the economics of Pakistan the total foreign debt of Pakistan was in 1990 21. 9 billion and in 1991 22.8 billion, and in 1992 $24.8 billion, and in 1993 $27.6 billion, and in 1994 $31.1 billion, and in 1995 $32.7 million, and in 1996 $34.7 billion, and in 1997 $35.8 billion and in 1998, and in 1999 $35.5 billion, and in 2000 $34.6 billion.

Unfortunately Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto ruled twice and twice from 1988 to 1999. When we study in detail further we reach at this conclusion that from 1990 to 1995 the foreign debt of Pakistan increased at the ratio of $9.3.

When General Musharaf made his coup in October 1999 turning the regime of Nawaz Sharif the total foreign debt of Pakistan was $40.5 billion. As we know that from 2000 to 2007 the gross domestic production increased from $50 billion to $170 billion and its domestic income increased $500 to over $1000 during this period.

Pakistan People Party borrowed Rs 8.136 billion for his five years term so that they could loot the wealth of Pakistan. In 2007 to 2008 Rs 1.233 billion were worried, and in 2009 to 2010 Rs 1363.8 were borrowed, in 2010 to 2011 1655.6 billion rupees were borrowed and in 2011 to 2012 1860.5 rupees were borrowed and in 2013 to 2014 2113.3 rupees were borrowed.

The Government of Pakistan received GFA 27.483 billion dollars but very sad, fie upon the GOVT paid just 22.111 dollars as debt and the left over amount of 5.675 dollars were not paid and remained as debt interest repayment.

In the reign of PPP debt increased 6.923 billion rupees to 11.736 billion rupees from March 2008 to March 2012. After the independence of Pakistan in the first sixty years Pakistan has to pay foreign debt 4.802 billion rupees.  And with the passage of time the incensement in dollar rate doubled the debt of Pakistan and now one dollar is equal to one hundred and eight rupees in 2016.

A Question for the Chief Justice of Pakistan

I say that the Goddess of Love and the Goddess of Justice both are blind all over the world. What a joke with people? Chief Justice of Pakistan has more money than his income all know it but here lies a question, you can ask every citizen of Pakistan from where you got the money but who will ask you from where you will get the money? I say no one can ask them retired chief justice or on duty chief justice.

It is the duty of the Chief justice of the Supreme Court to ask the politicians why country debt is increasing day by day but he thinks that it is not his duty. I have observed as religious people have separated religion from politics just chief justice has separated self from his duty and is said it is the duty of the government to run the country not the duty of chief justice. It is an old trick of Jewish priests as we are doing these days.

Chief Justice of Pakistan tell the people and the citizen of Pakistan who will arrest the corrupt politicians of Pakistan, neither our Chief of Army Staff arrest them not the chief justice of Pakistan arrests them what is the reason behind it nothing but a big bag of bribery money and nothing else.

In courts every judge and justice says to bring the proofs to prove your suit otherwise go and rest at home. Ok, the whole world knows that Pakistani foreign debt is increasing day by day and the money directly goes in the hands of high commands who are ruling the country as bribery sure no doubt. The debt of Pakistan is self proof and nobody takes action against the corrupt politicians because Uncle Sam is behind their back. Why the politicians become rich coming into power and politics, Supreme Court justice knows it well but he closes his looking at the dazzling light of the wealth bag.

Prices are going up and living standard of the poor is down is an indication of a bloodshed revolution very soon. The eye of heaven is watching all on earth and thinking what to do now? Surely the Watching Eye’s decision will be against the corrupt politicians and judges and justices in near future.

The Land of Pakistan: the holy place for rest, peace and calm

The heaven for the migrants: men and women, old and young

Sacrificed lives countless just in the name of Islam

O God! No Islam in Pakistan, but corruption on every tongue

Every department of my country corrupt, rulers and courts

Police stations, medicine and edible markets and Malls

In offices nothing without bribery, think, my nation, think

The rulers looting national and international money and ports

Day and night dacoit and theft openly, all corrupt rulers’ palls

No peace day and night peoples cannot sleep at a wink.

Prime Minister and Ministers looting all day national wealth

Courts support national cutpurse and culprits at any cast

Duplicate medicines in markets destroying peoples’ health

Jungle laws are ruling, no difference in present and past

What is my nation doing? Nothing, nothing, sitting at homes

Eating edibles injurious and wasting time in children’s being

Prices are going up day by day and no gas, no electric supply

In my whole country, peoples are dying due to glooms

On the whole earth the rulers’ corruption spindle is fleeing

No one listens to the poor men’s and women’s heart cry

Your holy and peaceful land from the rulers of country

The country is going to utter gloom and a religious sect

Dividing men into groups day by day increasing worry

Now time has come, come out of home to support Khan

And expel the expellers anon from the country by force

Men, women and children, all deprived of human rights

Come people, come out of homes, and change your plan

To protect national and international interest with grace

Otherwise people of my country fall into horrible fights
