Pakistan was scheduled to play a 3 Match T 20 International series in New Zealand in 2016. This series was important as both teams were preparing for the T 20 World Cup to be played later in India in 2016. The 2nd T 20 International match was to be played on Seddon Park, Hamilton, New Zealand on 17th Jan, 2016. Pakistan already leads the series by 1-0.

New Zealand won the match by 10 wickets and levels the series as 1-1.
