Pakistan beaten by New Zealand in 2nd ODI Match of Bilateral series played in 2016

Pakistan was scheduled to play a 3 Match One Day International Series in New Zealand in 2016. This series was important as both teams were preparing for the T 20 World Cup to be played later in India in 2016. The 2nd One Day International Match International match was to be played on McLean Park, Napier, and Wellington, New Zealand on 28th Jan, 2016.

Pakistan was needed to score 261 runs in 50 over’s to won this 2nd One Day International Match International match and to stay alive in this series

Pakistan batted very Poorly and was bowled out for only 150 runs in 40 over’s and top scored by S malik who made 80 runs in 80 balls with 6 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 100 runs in 100 balls and M hafeez who made 20 runs in 40 balls with 1 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 50 runs in 100 balls.

New Zealand won the match by 110 runs and won series by 2-0.
