These bags are good to cook dishes in the oven which give you move space to something. The maximum temperature to use these bags safely is less than 400F.

The only down side for these, Temperatures issues, they do not tolerate high heated oven, so they got burned , the other thing is they make the tray messy and minute you take it out fo the oven you need to open it and take the food out , there are not second time cooking

I don’t use them often but they are good from time to time to cook the steaming vegetables with one spoon oil in the bag and then the vegetables and close it leave it fro 20 minutes and enjoy the steamed vegetables

try using less Oven Cooking Bag and though some say add flour first before you add food, I do not I hate it to make messy coat the inside,

just add oil and vegetable and in small roasting tray, that 5 inches deep, shut the bag then do some slits to the bag up.

Add as much vegetable, but do not fill it leave enough place for the oven bag to expand and you finished cooking. Is it healthy to cook in that bag? Science say yes, as that is different plastic than the harmful plastic. it is new plastic that I didnt hear of, called Teflon and they say it is safer than other plastics.

One pack of 20 bags cost you 20 dollars, there are big sized and small sized bags

how to shut the bag

some comes with zippers, some comes with plastic ties, and some come with non, so if got the one with no zipper or plastic ties to close, then you have to tie it or you will have a really big messy plate and maybe oven at the same time
