Hobiz came running to his commander Xorge Sibor, who was inspecting a mock drill of anti-air defence personnel.
He was short of breath and told his commander :”12 are ready- go ahead needed for 8 more.”
“Given”.
“And remember Hobiz, we have 10 more on ‘secret’ standby.”
The 10 that commander Xorge was referring to were their own secretly procured fighter jets which they had got in an arms bazaar somewhere in Uzbekistan, and had been kept secret from their own government.
A few secret service men had got a whiff of those jets but had been ruthlessly shot dead.
“Yes commander.”
“God have full mercy on those we are going to attack, but after we have done our jobs”, said commander Xorge with a smile.

Captain Lokesh, Captain Bhaskaran and Air commander Shashank were briefing officers, airmen and army personnel(Jawans).
They had a visitor in Captain Ranbir who would give them some vital information.
Area commander Vikram Singh was listening carefully, ready with his valued guidance.
Lokesh spoke :
“As per our information, anytime after 8:10, we have to be ready for the incoming strike. So we have less than 3 hours.”
He then laid out a map :
“North and West will be covered with dummies(dummy old aircrafts). Our painters are on job to make them look like new.
Once 30 of those aircrafts will be damaged, the enemy will feel overconfident.
We have in all 17 aircrafts here, and 13 more at Atacaq Islands.
6 more are on standby at Colt-II.
Once initial strike is over, our anti-aircraft guns, hidden under dense grass and other hiders will become active.
And then 10 of our South area based aircrafts will start intercepting the enemy aircrafts.
We have asked the South Eastern command for more air support, but that could be delayed a bit.
As a precaution, we have delayed flights to Andaman Nicobar from other Indian states, saying that there is some local sea storm danger.
Also, we have through some of our agents, spread the news that we have just 50 men here, whereas you know that including 120 armymen, we are near 210. ”
Sepoy Bharat asked “Sir, what if they send more planes in counter-attack? And some naval support too?”
“Don’t worry, navy will also be ready but in dormant mode, and our standby aircrafts and anti-air support will be more than enough.
Now, we disperse and maximum efforts to handle the storm.”
The sun started setting, and as the darkness grew, everyone at the Colt III command knew that they had very little time at hand to weather the incoming storm……..
