There are some actors/actresses you see all the time. They go from this serial to that one, they go from that movie to another, and you keep seeing them. It’s not because they are so talented, its because people want to work with them.
There are others you see once, maybe twice. You might think they were fantastic in a role and can’t understand why you don’t see them any more. That is because no one wants to work with them.
If you think about it, and bring it into every day life; you go to certain shops because the people are nice. You don’t go to others, because the people aren’t nice. You eat here because you like the waitress/waiter but not there because of how you were treated.
It can be a little thing or a big one, but the personalities of the people you have to deal with has a lot to do with just about everything.
People who make you like them get a lot of ‘repeat’ customers. People who make you dislike them have to go for new and one offs.
You see it so easily in Acting. Sure, the super star can act anyway he/she wants because the public loves them. The public will come to see them, the public will turn on the tube because of them, so everyone around them has to ‘suck it up’.
But the B List ‘star’ … no. No one has to put up with them. No one has to take their guff or attitude. They can be replaced.
So many people have been in shows and gone while others get ‘recurring’ characters. It is not just that the writer ‘recurs’ them, it is that people like to work with them.
So, this character is brought back instead of that one, because those who work with the actor who plays this character likes that actor.
In business, it isn’t so clear. Only if a manager is on the floor with two big eyes can s/he see how the worker behaves. Sometimes it is the manager who has the bad attitude and the customers are flying out of the store. It isn’t the products or the prices, it is the staff.
When you have to interact with people, try to think about those actors who write their own ‘burn notice’ by their behaviour.

The reasons why all those gone are well explained, yes I agree many we like to see back in movie , but seen no more , attitude matters a lot, even in school students may have special request as to who would teach them because they do not like the teacher assigned to them, There was also a movie actress in Ph she was so famous in her youthful years but when she grew mature her attitude changed and many complained and wanted to remove as member of the casts of the movie. Those having attitude problem may also have their own problems ,lol./
Exactly. Personality, the ability to get along with people is vital
