no electric power for certain area of my county

The storm the other day in my county
had a lot of people out of power no electric
my area should have snow storms at this time of year not thunder storms and lighting and strong winds I live kind of up in up state New York and for the winter this past storm we had on Saturday fell like a tropical storm that they have in
Florida .Yes I use to live in the west cost of Florida, The Tampa bay area. But upstate New York is my home state. Were I people were buying generators because they still had no power in their home from last night
.The generators were going out like there was a hurricane in the area . We did not have any hurcane in my area. But the customers were telling me they did not want to wait for the electric company to get power back on we now a company that out of the USA that owns are local electric company so things are not the same any more and the new copamy said they would not change things which we all ways know is a lye. Other people were buying ice so the food would not go bad, This is suppose to be winter they should be able to put the food out side but one problem the weather to warm second problem is bears or other wild animals can get into the food .So it a bad idea to have food out side of the home. What do you think? I know most people will say do not do it unless you have a way to lock the food up out side other problem could be homeless people to . That should not be in your part of the home. I have not check any reports to see if that part of my county got back power . I might do it later.OK that it for now.
