No more boring exercises: Exercising with fun

It is always important to have workout for fit body. But some people don’t like more tuff exercising, that’s why they also avoid going for gyms. They don’t want more stress during physical exercising so they just ignore workout. But there are types of exercising which you will enjoy for sure. So it will be like having fun during your workout session. Using them you can always stay fit and healthy with not more physical stress. Let’s learn which those exercises are.

Swimming

Learning swimming is important thing. You may need of it anytime. And also during swimming you can have fun with your friends and family. At least it is not that boring like going for gym and do those tuff exercising. And let me tell you can burn lots of calories doing regular swimming. So it is kind of fun.

Dancing

This is another fun kind of exercising. For this you surely don’t need to be expert dancer. You just close the door of your room, start music and just keep dancing with music. It is not like you will only burn calories if you will do proper steps. Everything will be count during it. So keep dancing as it is good form of exercising. And yes you will have fun too.

Cycling

This is also one of good exercising format during which you can enjoy lot. If you are with group of friends then this will make you even more exciting for you. And yes cycling can also burn lots of calorie for you. You just need to be regular for the same.

Walking

You can go for walking (fast walking) at morning or evening with someone. Like gym you don’t need to do exercising in close room. You can go out and enjoy scenery around. And early in the morning you can have lots of fresh air by this. It will surely make you healthy. So there are many benefits of walking. This is also one of format of exercising during which you can have fun.

Sports game

If you don’t feel comfortable with any exercising you can play outdoor sports you like. Playing regular outdoor games will surely burn lots of calorie for you. And you will be fit. I am talking about games like long tennis, badminton, cricket, soccer, etc. With all these games you can sweat yourself lot. And no wonder you will have lots of fun during playing these games.

Skipping ropes

This is also good exercising for sure. In this your whole body will get the exercise. I am sure many of you have tried this at their younger age. You can count your jumps and do the same amount of jumps regularly so that you can have proper exercising every day. You can always increase the amount of jumps when you feel yourself comfortable with your current count. Like this way you can end up with more jumps after certain time. So this is another good way of exercising with having fun.

    • If I am gym buffer person, I can turn my house like a gym-type facility. But I am not that kind of person. I do exercises and seem not boring because I do brisk walking. There is no need to acquire gym devices or machines to be installed at home. Whenever doing brisk walking, I can see people or any new things along the way. In some way, it is so entertaining.

      On the other hand, some people would follow their passions and interests in doing strenuous activities as you had mentioned. As long as they attained their goal in keeping fit. Then, it is fun to do exercises.

    • Very nice post, I learned a lot the tips you shared here.I always spend 30 minutes dancing to maintain my figure.I also spend 45 minutes walking at four hours interval classroom to classroom.

    • Yes, exercise is a fun if we do it daily as a routine habit in any park or ground. The best way to make exercise a habit is to start with an exercise that is so easy that you can do it even when you are running low on willpower and motivation. In the words of Leo Babauta, start with something that is so easy you can’t say no.

      The typical approach to diet and exercise is to focus on results first. Most people start with some type of goal. “I want to lose 20 pounds in the next 4 months.” Or, “I want to squat 50 pounds more six months from now.”

      I think this is the wrong approach. It’s better to focus on the system rather than the goal.

      What matters most in the beginning is establishing a new normal and building a new routine that you will stick to; not the results that you get. In other words, in the first 6 months it is more important to not miss workouts than it is to make progress. Once you become the type of person who doesn’t miss workouts, then you can worry about making progress and improving.
