New Zealand was required to score target only  101 runs to win this 1st Test match of 2 test match series and take 1-0 lead as they have the lead of 110 runs which was deduced from the Bangladesh total which they make in 2nd innings.

New Zealand batted very well and was able to chase the target in only  20 over’s at the loss of 4 wickets and top scores by N Z Skipper and Star batsman Brendon M Mccullum  who made unbeaten 80 runs in 40 balls with 15 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 200 runs in 100 balls, R Taylor made 20 runs in 20 balls with 2 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 100 runs in 100 balls and Tom L made 10 runs in 20 balls with 1 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 50 runs in 100 balls.

New Zealand won the match by 6 wickets and takes lead of 1-0 with 1 more game still to play in this series. Bangladesh batted well but was not able to repeat the same performance in bowling or even in 2nd Innings batting performance and lost this game. Bangladesh has this habit of doing these things and in that way they lost many matches in the past as well.

N Z has a very good line up of batsmen and all rounders and they bat deep as well and with that they can chase any total against any team in any circumstances or pitch. They have all rounder’s like of D Vettori who has batted and bowled well in this match and they also have J Neesham, Corey A, Luke R, C Cairns, C Harris as well. New Zealand is always blessed with great all rounder’s and that has helped them to perform great victories against tough teams as well. That’s the reason they have beaten even India many a times in the past matches and also the famous victory they had in the ICC champions trophy or the ICC knock out championship. The key is they have great all rounders and they bat deep that helps a lot a team to win matches and they are always a difficult team to beat any time and in any conditions.
