Natural sleep inducers

In this time and age most complain of having sleepless nights least realising that it is their own doing.  Lack of sleep lead to many diseases the heart being the first affected followed by lack of concentration and so on. Top priority should therefore be given to getting good sleep.

Their lifestyle is not something to write home about. With a bit of discipline and eating the right kind of food the sleep that evades can be brought back. 

Here are a few thoughts on this. 

1. A hot water bath just before hitting the pillow is known to have helped one get good sleep. 

2. Soothing music played softly is one of the sure ways 

3. Reading a book that is not absorbing nor interesting surprisingly helps one dose away

4. A nice massage is not only enjoyable but relaxing helping towards  better sleep

5. A good workout during the day, keeping oneself physically active has undoubtedly been a way for many to get good sleep. 

6. Keeping to regular hours that sets the brain to give orders at that time everyday.

8. The all powerful meditation can put one’s worries on hold as it is a wellknown fact that worries eat away our sleep. 

9.If one wants to sleep at day time then it is preferable if the curtain are drawn and the room is darkened. If this is not possible there are always those eye shields can do the job. 

10. If the partner snores then sadly one needs to have two separate bedrooms. 

11. A hot cup of milk just before going to bed can do the trick too. 

12. Hugging a pillow has yet another secret hidden that guarantees good sleep. 

 

14. A stroll after dinner along with  the partner needs no explanation why it could add to this list.
