My job why do I keep it? when I do not enjoy it

Why do I stay at my job when it boring and does not give me a full time income? I do have a few reason for this. One is there rally no other jobs in my area. Number two is down the road I might want to move back to Florida , This will be the Tampa bay area with the job I have since they have stores in the Tampa bay area I can transfer to one of those stores. But I can tell you this it still will not be full time. But if I do go back to Florida will I bring my hot dog cart with me ? The answer to this question is yes I will bring my hotdog cart with me.Why ? what else to make money this way I still have my part time job. My food cart business I still have my Florida sale tax number I just have to talk to some friends to find out more on commisarys but I should have no problem there a business that builds food cart and they do have a commissary serive they offer food vendors the rate varys depending if the vendor what to keep their food cart on the commissary property for storage at night when the cart is not running . I am not sure if in all Florida or just certain parts were the board health will only let food cart do hot dog type products only, no tacos or meat balls or any other kind of food . I know the food cart can cook items to proper temputure like the one I have but the number one rule is only pre cook items should be sold in a food cart. I say that is not fair. But there some big restaurant that are not doing well so they are blaming their business on the food cart vending.
So what do you think should food cart vendors only sell hot dog products like hot dogs or sausages as long as they are precook. In New York state I think I can sell precook meat balls as long as I buy them from the wholesale club. Ok that it for this one
