My favorite Incidents in cricket ***Vol. 8 ****

This is the 8th Episode of the series of my favorite incidents of Cricket. India is playing against England in the 2^nd  one day international of series; the match is to be played in Barabati Stadium in cuttack, India. England has won the toss and they have decided to bowl first and invited India to post a target and bat first. The main highlights of this series is that M S Dhoni the long time skipper of Indian team has resigned from captaincy and therefore the Indian test captain Virat Kohli is now the captain of India in all formats, Test, ODI and T 20 as well. So india started badly by losing the wickets of both the openers K L rahul and Shikar Dhawan cheaply and even skipper Virat kohli lost his wicket on 8 as well but this has given the opportunity to M S Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh to play together as yuvraj Singh is making a comeback to the team, so it will be interesting to see his response. But both played so well and both made their individual centuries, Yuvraj made 150 runs in 127 balls with 21 fours and 3 sixes at the strike rate of 118 and M S Dhoni made 134 runs in 122 balls with 10 fours and 6 sixes at the strike rate of 109. In the end Kedar yadav, hardik Pandya and Ravi jadeja batted well to set the target of 381 and England now required to make 382 to win the game. England also started very well, with Jason roy who made 82 of 73 balls but he was dismissed by Ravi jadeja, but England skipper Eoin morgan and Moen Ali batted very well but they couldn’t get over the line and India won the match by 15 runs and wining the series with still one more game to play. Yuvraj Singh was the Man of the Match and M S Dhoni was adjudged as the most bankable player of the match.
