Hi, mooon it is for people with diabetes to see the blood level of the sugar before or after medicine, for that you did not understand it maybe, it is little needs some attention and if you are not into diabetes okay you will find it hard to start or use, it is sensitive device that hospital and out patients use. there are many in the stores some good and some are not good, some are little and some are big, some are cheap and some are pricey and some are too expensive, so this is my review to make people decide if this is helping thing and if its suits their budget before they go buy it.
