MEMORY AS WE SUFFER FROM AS WE GROW IN AGE

As we age, it’s natural to experience forgetfulness.  People will experience a hitch in memorizing the things and the recollection of events a more difficult phenomenon.They approach a professional. They eventually will be diagnosed for memory loss.

Suggestions for improving and preserving your memory include challenging your brain with mentally stimulating activities, getting plenty of sleep, and exercise regularly.

Forgetting where you have put your glasses, not able to remember the reason for walking into a room are silly experiences you will have as you advance in age. Do they need the consultation with a professional? No…definitely not. Then what is the time to approach for a professional help? What time is the right time to approach him? It is the time when you forget to do your regular activities. According to Mayo, “memory loss affects the ability to complete your daily usual activities”.

We can add a quick and rather simple step to enhance our memory.

The Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition has published a study which states that adding the spice turmeric to your head will help.A little less than a quarter teaspoon (one gram) worked for a group of people who experienced memory problems.

I can’t remember if I own any turmeric, but if I do, I will add them to my personalized blend of chai tea spices.

A variety of spices can provide good health benefits and so also for the memory loss.

here are some herbs that can improve and give a solution for the memory loss.

GINGKO

Gingko is a leaf that is considered to be very effective in increasing the blood circulation and in some studies proved to improve the memory in the people especially suffering from Dementia. The flavonoids they contain neutralize the free radicals and prevent their activity of damaging the cells.

Bacopa :

Another Indian herb that works for the enhancement of memory is the Indian herb Bacopa.

Ginseng:

Ginseng is purely a Chinese herb that is used for treating many diseases. It helps even in the recovery of memory. There is also a tea available in many stores.This can be had as a tablet or a capsule. The recommended dosage will depend upon the severity of the problem.

A SUGGESTION

Always it is necessary to consult a physicion or a family doctor to be sure how safe it is to use a particular herb. Never go for self-medication
