@Shavkat, I wonder why your aunt is so selfish. Doesn’t she know you are her siblings? What kind of aunt is she? She does not know that God would judge us according to our deeds. You better talk to your other relatives so you and your brothers and sisters will have share of the said property. If she cannot feel you all as her relatives, better…[Read more]

These are the 3 main values that make a relationship very strong, but the MOST IMPORTANT value is being trustworthy. Your mate/spouse needs to be able to trust you without hesitation.

The future of the nation doesn’t necessarily depend on the economy of the country. It is traced from the grass root of the society – the people. These people constitute a family which is the unit of society. When the family is stable, the society is also stable. When the family is weak, the society is also affected.

I have ended my friendship to a friend who is married to an American. I already posted it here, my friend who has forgotten me. My friend is now very rich and that richness made her attitude getting worse. I cannot believe that she would change. She was my neighbor and she was always coming at us at home to talk to me and eat foods my sister prepared.

In a relationship it takes two to communicate; so lack of communication has a powerful impact on it. Both parties have to be in agreement with ALL decisions made, especially with finances. @Nakitakona 13 One starts a friendship on certain commonalities between friends. When that no longer exists and there is nothing to talk about friendship naturally goes extinct.
A former friendship I had to end because the person refused to respect my standards. I made it clear that only wanted friendship but the person wanted more than that.

I am a loyal friend. I don’t have any experience that I have to end my friendship. Our friendship gets dormant or inactive due to lack of communication. But nowadays, communication is no reason. We have the email. We have the facebook and other social media. Or we have the mobile phone to call our friends. I am a sensitive individual. I usually…[Read more]
Ending a friendship happens automatically when there is nothing to bind a friendship.
A friendship ends when you establish boundaries and the other party refuses to respect them. An act of betrayal can easily ruin that bond.

A healthy relationship stems from spending quality time. LOVE is an action word, not just a word spoken from the mouth. True love does not hurt, harm, or destroy someone, but it strengthens the inside and out and does not fall apart.

@Shavkat, all you have to do is go to the Registry of deeds you will find there the original title of the property of your grandparents . If it is not titled, get the tax declaration and have it subdivided through a land surveyor. Also, go to the department of land transportation to get the blue print. I had the same problem as yours in the past…[Read more]
