It is wise to choose the food we eat, because most of the diseases usually occur due to poor eating habits. Indulging in fruits and vegetables is the best.

thanks for the info but i guess grean tea out of the list now, i mean they used to say its healthy but recently i read few books and reviews by science says its not that much healthy and if you get lots of that grean tea its really not good, what why i dont know but im sure i did read that, also i dont like its taste i like red tea more, any way metabolism is much better if you walk and be active human that is the best key to metabolise your food and fats specially

Green tea is always a good choice. It shouldn’t be all you eat or drink. I don’t like it’s taste either. I put honey in it and that helps. I know it is good for me so I do drink it. I have read things that said that water wasn’t good for us if we drank too much too. The trick here is all things in moderation. We all need some exercise too, yes.

Very well said. I must say they are really what should be done at home when there are seniors.
Let me add though, especially when the seniors are getting so forgetful, there must be a whiteboard where the things they have in mind to do, the medications to be taken are to be checked in the list should be written there.
There should be a place where to keep the keys too. And at night all the windows and doors they have said to be already closed by them should be checked as to whether they really are.
And yes, don’t forget to check if they have already closed the LPG container. 🙂

If I do not have a dog can walking the cat help
but first I have to chase it around the home
then fight with it to put a leash on maybe just doing that
every day will lose something.-
Yes, it probably will. Just walking is a great exercise option.

I am biking for about 20 minutes then walking some 10 minutes every morning, I move a lot inside the house doing so many things.
