Eating or dining in a fast food chain makes you fatty,lol.They cook foods floating in not the right cooking oil causing the customers to face risk of high blood pressure and high blood sugar. The reason is so simple. The drinks they prepare are too sugary,They just kill one glass juice through ice cubes, but the fact remains, plentiful sugar is there,unlike if we are the one preparing our drinks. Fries are also not good for they contain high carbs and also cook floating in cooking oil and such oil is not the right oil.Other food chains use overused cooking oil,One time. I complained for the fries I ate had a very bad smell and taste. Then one guy told me that they reused the cooking oil. They are cheating [people when in fact their foods price is above the neck.Also the chicken they serve is not nutritious for the chickens are fed with chemicals. That is one reason why many sick of tumor and different kinds of cancer. That is due to eating chicken whose foods all derived from chemicals.
Nothing can substitute vegetables and our own cooking at home,

ok that was good post, and i like it but dining in junk food hall is not what makes you fat, its how you eat ,waht and when and the quantity, so do not blame junk food it is shared thing, so nothing will substitute the sports in losing weight or burning fats, go play sport regularly and eat wht you want then

The best way to burn fat is to eat less. measure your food. If you are an Asian and heavy weight, measure your rice only one cup each meal. Avoid drinking soft drinks like coke and others for they tend to expand the body through the activation of sugar. Consume most of the time water, at least 8 minimum glasses requirement everyday. Sometimes we do not feel like drinking water, but we have to force ourselves to drink to release the toxic entries of our body through urination.Also spend some minutes exercising like brisk walking, dancing or body stretching just legs and arms and then heads then after some weeks the entire body to move , twisting ,blending.

From now on, you have to eat vegetables. If possible, cook your own food.Do not dine outside or dine at fast food chains because their foods are less nutritious.All foods they cook in cooking oil that has no nutritional value at all. Of course, they never think about the welfare of the customers or diners.Their concern is their own pocket, to profit more and become richer and richer,But everything has end and many establishments will rise, and it happens, I hi ope, they would be pro-life business people .

Athritis is a well known ailment in old age. There are many people who suffer from this ailment and most of them may not know how to deal with it. But it’s good that i have read about it here.
My mum suffer a from athritis and sometimes she’s in so much pain so the only thing that can rlieve her is her medication. But I have one question you have mentioned that someone should take coffee,and milk. What if the person suffers from ulcers, usually they say you should not take caffeine and too much milk. So how does one balance this. In one side you are asked to drink and on th3 other side you are asked not to take his do you strike a balance so that you are able to heal well. Thanks for sharing. -
Good article. I like smoothies but prefer the natural fruit kind. Some smoothies are high in calories so you have to do some homework in that department. I heard that rosemary leaves are good for Arthritis. The supplements of Glucosamine and chondroitin are very good for arthritis sufferers, too. I prefer these natural products because they have no side effects but a good rule of thumb is to always check with your doctor. It better to be safe than sorry.

My late father had arthritis. He drank a lot of water but it was because he was diabetic. Not sure he realized he was treating two ailments at the same time. Smoothies seem to making everybody healthy these days no matter what their ailment is! Of course, there really is no substitute for “Adam’s ale”. That’s what my parents used call water. š

Arthritis gives shame to the person,Just imagine how a person walks if having arthritis, so pitiful. It seems the person has something , the extreme pain that could not be hidden for it is your joint that is in pain. You cannot almost bear the pain. There are foods that trigger arthritis like shrimps, crabs, chicken , except native chicken. Also too bloody fishes and too acidic foods and liquid like vinegar.
If having arthritis, try to eat these veggies only to avoid regret.

That is why one time in the past month, I ate white kidney bean extract I noticed I did not feel hungry. What is emphasized here is to have the white beans cooked and see them peel out and they wi produce enzymes that stops over carbs.If you cooked the beans, cook them if low fire then gradually they will break, et them coo and eat them after or during meal time. You may add some stuffs to the white kidney beans. What we are doing this at home is just cook the beans and put some ingredients to make them taste palatable and yummy.There are actually bigger kidney beans. They are also better but they are so huge,o. I prefer the not so big white beans easy to chew into pieces. These beans really have their own taste that is attractive to my tongue.
I have tried to buy white kidney beans and I feel myself glamorous,LOL. It is a fantastic bea, so yummy and tasty that sometimes I used them as my snack food with fresh milk added..
