Burn Fat And Never Fear The Scale Again Through Paleo Diet

This is time there are many ways to burn your fat. There are doctors on line that suggest different strokes and diets that do not harm the body, but just cut the extra or excess fat that gives you discomfort and disgust. No one likes to be fatty person, but there are foods beyond our knowledge that creates tensions to our body parts due to foreign chemicals that are not part of the body system, They create another way, just in that body part staying for so long and be maintained if tolerated.

What I mean, you must gather research study about your favorite foods if do not harm your body system. Your body metabolism might act so slow and weak if the foods do not suit to the maintenance of building a very strong immune system.

If your body has excess fats, they must be burned. They create many sicknesses like high blood pressure, heart attack, diabetes, and more malicious sicknesses. Why will you possibly acquire diabetes? It is simply because if you are fatty, you have plenty of sweets intake that trigger a certain part of the body to expand due to sugar accumulation in your body. Doctors proved that too much intake of sugar to the body, it causes fats to stay and expand your body line.

There is now a program by doctors on line to apply the Paleo Diet. This kind of diet truly helps you drop your weight. This diet is called the Holy Grail of fat burning and simply because it triggers wight to go down.  

This time the common fear among people approaching old age is the fear of being diagnosed of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) or another form of dementia. Probably one reason why people view dementia so catastrophically is because it is seen hard to prevent. We can partly attribute this misconception to poorly designed nutrition studies.

Some might have downplayed the role of B vitamins in preventing or mitigating dementia. What is the participation of fats in your body to AD?  This is because excess fats in your body creates malicious interaction, thus enabling some parts of the body system and the brain is so important that if it won’t be protected, the tendency of AD to enter onto the cognitive domain because of the abnormality of circulation. The fats block the cognitive domain, the same in the heart; it may cause cardiac arrest due to clogging of fats called cholesterol.

With the discovery of Paleo Diet, you can unleash the fat-burning power that made our Paleo ancestors so lean and you will: 1) shrink your waist by inches in as little as 30 days; 2) stop your cravings that drive excess eating, and 3) support great cholesterol, blood sugar and triglyceride. Paleo is a diet that can work like magic. Many Americans apply this diet, but only few maintain; others stop for they cannot stop the craving of fatty foods.

Many diet experts say poor metabolism is the major reason why people cannot lose weight, but the truth is, that’s only part of the problem. The real reason why so many people have trouble losing extra pounds is that their weight loss signals are out of alignment.

This simply means that you refuse to reduce your weight by not avoiding yourself the carbs that turn to fats. Also, you won’t burn calories between meals leaving you always hungry. This is the reason why despite having just finished eating, you feel hungry, craving sweets, and frustrated by lack of results to your dieting.

It is the responsibility of the individual person to maintain his figure and weigh. Being fat does not make sense to the feeling so disgusting that people look at you curiously.

These are the following foods to eat in Paleo Diet:

  1. Grass Produced
  2. Fresh fruits and veggies
  3. Nuts and Seeds
  4. Fish / Seafood
  5. Eggs
  6. Healthful oils

Avoid eating the following: cereal grains, dairy, potatoes, legumes, refined sugar, processed foods, salt, foremost, NO RICE.LOL.

    • Eating or dining in a fast food chain makes you fatty,lol.They cook foods floating in not the right cooking oil causing the customers to face risk of high blood pressure and high blood sugar. The reason is so simple. The drinks they prepare are too sugary,They just kill one glass juice through ice cubes, but the fact remains, plentiful sugar is there,unlike if we are the one preparing our drinks. Fries are also not good for they contain high carbs and also cook floating in cooking oil and such oil is not the right oil.Other food chains use overused cooking oil,One time. I complained for the fries I ate had a very bad smell and taste. Then one guy told me that they reused the cooking oil. They are cheating [people when in fact their foods price is above the neck.Also the chicken they serve is not nutritious for the chickens are fed with chemicals. That is one reason why many sick of tumor and different kinds of cancer. That is due to eating chicken whose foods all derived from chemicals.

      Nothing can substitute vegetables and our own cooking at home,

    • ok that was good post, and i like it but dining in junk food hall is not what makes you fat, its how you eat ,waht and when and the quantity, so do not blame junk food it is shared thing, so nothing will substitute the sports in losing weight or burning fats, go play sport regularly and eat wht you want then

    • The best way to burn fat is to eat less. measure your food. If you are an Asian and heavy weight, measure your rice only one cup each meal. Avoid drinking soft drinks like coke and others for they tend to expand the body through the activation of sugar. Consume most of the time water, at least 8 minimum glasses requirement everyday. Sometimes we do not feel like drinking water, but we have to force ourselves to drink to release the toxic entries of our body through urination.Also spend some minutes exercising like brisk walking, dancing or body stretching just legs and arms and then heads then after some weeks the entire body to move , twisting ,blending.

    • Good post on a new type of diet that I never heard before. This diet does look really healthy but still to burn fat you also need to exercise as well
