That sounds delicious! I have a similar salad that I love. It has added pinto or Romano beans, and the crunch comes from red peppers and sometimes green onion. I also add feta cheese for the saltiness. But I think maybe next time I will try leaving it out, and use your sauce instead. I love ginger so much!

Wow, I never thought of making these until now – gave me a brilliant idea what to do with those paper rolls next time! I agree – kids easily get bored no matter how many toys they have. My son is constantly bored with his stuff so my husband and I decided to take some of his stuff away and keep it inside the storage. We then take it out and keep the “old” toys away to swap, LOL!
