Very nicely put. We have almost forgotten how to enjoy simple things in life.

yes. Time and tide wait for none. There are many simple things that we miss to enjoy. We do take them very light. We take them as routine without realizing that we are not sure whether we are routine or not. So the best thing is not to miss these small and routine things in life. They add up our life. Each and every moment is meant for enjoyment. Brooding over the past is waste of time and will only make us weak and sorrow and a weak person can not enjoy anything and and a sorrow person will never see happiness in any part of the life.
