Hi Samia,. I agree with you, we can express our feelings to other person regardless of the relationship we have. Though most of the time, real friends are the better person to tell our feelings, sentiments, or problems.

To answer your question, does the relationship helps or not? It’s a yes. I believe that relationship can affect a person. Real friends can make us more stronger and motivates us despite the trials and struggles we maybe facing, while those un real friends pull us down and can possible help us to be missirable.

@Manahsa,. hi! thanks for your sharing.

Absolutely, @ Krishna Kumar. That is the real scenario that is happening around us. Deny it, but being gentle and sensible as you have said is being pulled down by other people. However, still we need to be gentle but be assertive and powerful in a way that we do not step on others feet. 🙂

People need to be strong against others. And I believe that we can never be strong and can never gain respect if we don’t ponder our life with God. 🙂

The Bible, the truth, and the wise counsel of believers of God are warnings to us. Anyone who points out how we deviate from obeying God’s Word is a blessing to us. Changing our lives in order to obey God and get back on track often takes painful discipline and hard work.

Yeah, I observed that almost all women bank employees wear lipstick at work. Maybe it is a requirement to use lipstick if I’m not mistaken ma’am, Dina? 🙂

Well, about the mixture of lemon and honey as a remedy to regain the natural color of the lips, I usually used them daily. At night before I go to sleep, I put a small amount of the mixture on my lips.  I let it dry overnight.

You try it, ma’am. Hopefully, it will work on your lips too.

My writing rituals, I mean ritual? Uhmmm.. I never forgot to drink a cup of coffee (specifically, BARAKO without sugar, just the plain one). 🙂  It energizes my mind and body.

Nice quotes. And it’s true, that many times in our life we tend to forget what is our purpose in this world. Me? I have a lot of purpose in mind why I am living in this world, but I am going to point out the two top purpose of my existence.

First, I am created by God to worship Him, to glorify Him, and to testify how GREAT He is.

Secondly, I am here in this world to experience the beauty of Gods creations. I am here to experience the feeling of having a family and to appreciate the feeling of being loved and to love.

I know that everything around us has its particular purpose. We only have to think and realize what is it.

Domestic violence — also known as domestic abuse, intimate partner violence or abuse — may start when one partner feels the need to control and dominate the other.

Abusers may feel this need to control their partner because of low self-esteem, extreme jealousy, difficulties in regulating anger and other strong emotions, or when they feel inferior to the other partner in education and socioeconomic background.

Some people with very traditional beliefs may think they have the right to control their partner, and that women aren’t equal to men. Others may have an undiagnosed personality disorder or psychological disorder. Still, others may have learned this behavior from growing up in a household where domestic violence was accepted as a normal part of being raised in their family.

@mahesh, I think your wish seems very practical. As if you went through a lot of sufferings and you don’t want to experience it again the second time. 🙂 🙂 🙂

Anyways, as you have said, let’s see what happen next after life. But there’s nothing wrong if we believe in the theory of life after death.

Many times. Yeah, I mean many times really. Every time I watched movies especially drama, I can’t help myself from crying when there are scenes that the character is being maltreated, or hurt, or abused.

First impressions happen; it is an inconvenient reality. When we meet someone for the first time, we judge him or her involuntarily, maybe driven by our instinct or simple social practice.

Our judgment is usually based on a perception of the person’s gestures, movements, and the way he or she talk. The rest is simply their appearance.

However, I agree with most of the comments here saying that we should not judge the person the first time we meet them. Because in the same way, we don’t want to be judged easily by other people. As the saying says, “There’s no perfection, just willingness to appreciate the uniqueness in everyone.”

I love using lipsticks every time I go out from the house. It’s the only cosmetic that I usually use on my face to enhance my lips. However, I observed that it makes my lips darker, and so I asked my sister if what will I do to bring back my lips into its natural color.

She said, just mixed small amount of lemon juice with honey and then rub it on your lips daily.  I tried it and slowly my lips come into its natural red color. Just continually use it to get the best effect.

Yearly, there are hundreds if not thousands of words that was added to our dictionary. If you are a wide reader, you can actually find out lots of unknown words being used aside from those very native words that is unusual. I must add your list with this words; YOLO and ‘Merica.

*YOLO: ‘You only live once’; used to express the view that one should make the most of the present moment without worrying about the future (often as a rationale for impulsive or reckless behavior).

*’Merica: America. Note: Originally and chiefly in representations of nonstandard speech. Now frequently also in ironic or self-conscious use, emphasizing emblematic or stereotypical qualities of American traditions, institutions, and national ideals.

There are lots of old members of this site and when I saw their ranking status, they remained as a newbie. I didn’t encounter anyone here who have different ranking aside from being a NEWBIE writer.

Maybe it is a good idea if the admin will rank up every deserving member because that would be one thing that motivated them to write more and share more of their thoughts.

Hmm.. Great question.

For me, I think if time and money were not a factor, I probably do what I love which is to eat and sleep. Haha kidding aside but I will certainly just enjoy life since I don’t have to work because of money and also I don’t have to rush every day just to cope up with full loaded things I have to do.

I would also spend my time traveling the entire world and enjoy every wonderful creatures of God together with my family and loved ones.
