Months ago I was diagnosed with degenerative deterioration disease and I am in pain all the time.  At first I thought I must have slept wrong because I did not remember my neck hurting in this way. My doctor […]

    • I’m sorry to hear the physio didn’t help relieve your pain. I know it’s frightening to think of a needle going into your neck. I have had to have epidural pain meds and spinal blocks during childbirth despite being very uncomfortable with the idea. It did relieve my pain, and it also permitted me to have necessary surgery to deliver my youngest when the doctors couldn’t turn her.

If I could have avoided it, I think I would have. The thing is that when you know you really need it, something inside you will just take over and help you through the fear. I believe that you know what’s best for you. If it comes to a point where you think you really must get the injections, you’ll find the inner peace of mind to get through them. Just trust your gut, get sound medical advice, and try to focus on the goal of taking the treatment. You’ll be more than strong enough to get through it all!

      • Thank you Kyla Matton Osborn (Ruby 3881) Your words are wise from your person experience. I am doing better lately. I was in a car accident and made my condition worse. I now have whiplash! I am in therapy and it is helping the whiplash at least. God bless!

    • My Lord, God , I pray you be now in good health. The feeling is so frustrating when sick.

    • Thank you for reading Shavkat! I am slightly feeling better and soon to be on the road to feeling more comfortable. God bless!

    • @Linda Kaaz, I hope you are better now. Also hire a massager to massage your feet , entire feet.

    Benefit of Mangoes

Mmmmm… the yummy Mango! Did you know that mangoes are not only sweet, but healthy for you too! I love mangoes and now that we are in the summer months, they are everywhere and ready for […]

    • They were selling mangoes at Aldi a few days ago. My wife bought one. I know I have a hard time next to impossible to plant the seed but know I have to remove the pit from the seed and let it germinate before planting it into the dirt. I did however manage a few years ago to get one growing from seed. I love the flavor of it but there is so little meat in the fruit that I prefer buying mango juice and drinking it instead.

    • mango is one my favorite fruits, i always eat together rice and its good and every time i buy fruit shake i always choose mango flavor.

    • It’s mango season now in Ph and I buy everyday.Mangoes are so nutritious and full of fiber. It helps persons with constipation problem.

    • My hubby is the biggest lover of mangoes. He has been gathering the seeds of the mangoes he has been eating and now when it will rain he plans to put them in the soil of the nearby park so that he may see the trees grow and have some mangoes from the trees like he used to have during his childhood.

    • Mangoes are abundantly grown in our place. There is an area in our place which is planted with mango. It is grown for export. It is located in one of the small islands in our region. The mango plantation is well maintained. Though it is raised in our place, the price is too costly. It is priced as an exported fruit. Our mango doesn’t look like that one in the uploaded picture in this site. By the way, that kind of mango, we call it here as apple mango. As compared to our local exported grown mango, it couldn’t surpass the quality, the taste, and everything.

    • the mango season is not back yet.
So, I don’t see any mangoes on sale yet.
If there is a big offer, i would definitely not miss them!
I love to eat ripe mangoes rather than unripe ones.

    • I love mango. I had a mango and peach smoothie today. Made homemade.

    • Mango is a delicious fruit, but very expensive here. I wait till they go on special by the crate. But even there, the number in the box is small these days. If they were inexpensive I would eat them every day!

    • If there were no other fruit in the world but mangoes, I could live with that! 🙂 Of course, if pineapples were added, I could be content with that too! 🙂

    • Mango is one of the most precious gift of God for men from heaven the other fruit of heaven is apple and grape as I have read in the holy books.

I think these are instant benefits of mango/

When you savor delicious and succulent mangoes every season, you probably don’t think about the immense health benefits coming with every bite. A common nickname for mangoes is actually ‘the king of fruits’. Beyond the sweet, luscious taste of mangoes, they also contain an abundance of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that assure your optimum health.

Mangoes are mainly grown in tropical countries, but California, Florida, Central America and Mexico have developed their mango cultivation greatly and have become major suppliers to U.S. markets.and in Asian countries as Pakistan and India. Pakistani mangoes are famous all over the world especially of Multan a famous city of Pakistan

    • i love mango and the makeup that made from mango, its so soft for the face and makes your skin also nice light
i have to say mango is not just fruit or face cream makeup, it is also makeup for plumping
use mango as cream on your face everyday and see your face glowing, also i like olive as it prevent wrinkle and make you younger with its flusshing effect
makeup from things like that is the best for health and beauty and marvelous

@grecy095 I’m very concerned for you, sis! Please believe that you can follow through with the surgery. This is what your body needs, and God will send you the money you need to pay for it.

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Didn’t get much work online done today. My daughter arrived home with an enormous box of freshly picked cherries that needed to be sorted through. It took a couple of hours, but we ended up filling about 6 one-gallon bags.

@peachpurple Were your payments lower than expected? I had a parenting post at 390 words that paid 15 cents, as expected. My food post was 604 words and earned the expected 22 cents. Both had just a public domain photo for the featured image and no additional graphics.

I’m not sure what your experience is, but between the rates I was paid and…[Read more]
