im against not having what you like to eat, its really not good thing to deprive yourself, do one thing just know how much you eat more or less and do sport according to it, it really works if you up to it

tea is the most vital thing in our lives, really its so essintial , i feel something is not there if no tea, so yea though som eppl feel the same for coffee

coffee tea or even cinnamon, I like to drink hot drinks at morning, though I like tea I prefere coffee at morning , makes me more awake, tea I drink it in the middle of the day

I have no doubt women everywhere would appreciate that you appreciate them. The sad reality is that there are women everywhere abused, misused, and treated like disposable property and not like human beings. The only reason there are days like World Womens Day, International Human Rights Day, etc. is because people’s human rights are being violated on a daily basis and these days are aimed at calling attention to this horrific fact. My wish is that one day there won’t be a need for special days to remind us that there are people who are not being treated humanely and equally.

goals really soo vital to make you wakeup everyday and to make you happy and to make the meaning , but some do go other directions other than the one that they planned to do, some do find better dreams and some dont do their goals due to inability to do so, i guess if you are ambitious then some how nothing can stop you from reaching your dreams even if ppl tels you that taht is hrard or will nto happen, dont care do what you think you can do why; its you who kow what you can and cant
