If worse comes to worse, then pay utility bill last of all bills.
They will not cut off the electricity and water if you are late for just a month.
You can pay a bit when they threaten to cut off the supply.

Using solar panel may not be the best option.
The upfront cost is high, and a small business may not want to pay for the solar panel.

Actually there is a difference between secured debt and unsecured debt.
If we can turn all unsecured debt into secured debt, we are paying much less money because the interest rate is lower.
Over here, the credit card debt is as high as 24% per year, but the housing loan just tops at 2%.

yup most people are using credit cards and debit cards for online purchase purpose.

Grocery shopping with credit card is convenient than to use cash in hand.

Furthermore, you can accumulate points for cashback or to redeem gift items.

I use debit card, because I do want it to link to my credit account.

Instead I link it to my saving account with less cash.
Thus debit card fraud would be lesser , les risk.

I have a master debit card and I find it most convenient mostly for shopping online. Somehow I am averse to credit cards as there is a tendency to spend more than one requires – just a thought.
