Using digital tools like Twitter, Facebook, linkedin, Instagram and blogs are fun and an effective way to increase the commitment of both your target market and your visitors.

    The best way to […]

    • great tips
I use facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Pinterest, Stumbleupon, Reddit, Linkedin, Tumblr, TSU to share my post url.

I do get external traffic coming in and once in a while, I am surprised that some of my posts comments were from users that I know from the other sites that I had participated.

Social medias are great place where you can generate more traffic but you shan’t disclose any of your personal information there.
This is a dangerous place to do that.

Twitting, hastags , those are the things that I am trying right now.
New things to learn from you!

    • Leveraging the power of content and social media marketing can help elevate your audience and customer base in a dramatic way. But getting started without any previous experience or insight could be challenging.

It’s vital that you understand social media marketing fundamentals. From maximizing quality to increasing your online entry points, abiding by these 10 laws will help build a foundation that will serve your customers, your brand and — perhaps most importantly — your bottom line.

Success with social media and content marketing requires more listening and less talking. Read your target audience’s online content and join discussions to learn what’s important to them. Only then can you create content and spark conversations that add value rather than clutter to their lives.

Quality trumps quantity. It’s better to have 1,000 online connections who read, share and talk about your content with their own audiences than 10,000 connections who disappear after connecting with you the first time.

Social media and content marketing success doesn’t happen overnight. While it’s possible to catch lightning in a bottle, it’s far more likely that you’ll need to commit to the long haul to achieve results.

    • I have not had the need to advertise unless one advertises their blogs. I have heard of Ad swaps where Ads are created and placed on media sites and they in turn place theirs in the blogs. What do you think of this method?

Recently this site has drastically reduced the amount paid to the articles we write here. Definitely, it is not at all in the interest of the site nor its user members. It is the duty of the ‘admin’ of this site to come out in the open and explain the reasons for the same. I wonder, how they are shirking their responsibility and keeping silent on…[Read more]

    • Selling digital services isn’t for everyone. It does take some sales experience because selling products whether online or offline requires some strategy. It isn’t as simple as one may think. Of course one must be willing to promote and market the products. One has to have the passion for selling digital products because if not, they may not excel with the sales, it’s a great way to work from home though.

    • I am no good at selling whether digital or physical.

    • I am also longing to be having a skill of selling any item, but sad no time to try.

@peachpurple, Ten cents for a rant post is, at the least understandable since such type of rant posts do not have any SEO value and do not serve others in any manner. It is nothing like gossip and the meaningless queries of 140 character posts on twitter like ‘what you ate for breakfast’ and the silly things like that which were rampant when…[Read more]

    • must be careful for these viruses. They are stinky things!

    • I read this post and think it was very good. When any post about the dangers of viruses or trojans or malware are provided to people it really helps keep them informed. I suggest that anyone who reads this consider buying an internet security program like Norton Security or McAfee. One good hint: don’t open e-mail that is from an unknown source. It is better to delete suspicious email than risk being infected.

      My 2 cents.

    • This blog is well written and informative. I have an antivirus software which is live when I work on my pc and so takes care of invasions

    • Last May during Presidential election campaign period in Philippines, I was among those busy campaigning our presidential candidate DU30 ( He is now our new Phil President Duterte), then what happened? I cannot anymore opened my Facebook account. It said that it was attacked my Malware .Those videos and YouTube sent to me contained Malware Virus. I wrote Facebook, and they sent me a very strong anti Malware only matter of 2 seconds that virus gone. I was so happy after, but so careful after that.

Rajaraman K wrote a new post, 3 Tips For Your Blog Success 8 years, 5 months ago

You yourself might have read lots and lots of blog posts and articles. You may be remembering some of them while others might have left with no trace whatsoever. So what is it that makes a certain post or article […]

    • Blog success rests on luck as I think but most of the people will disagree with me but it is a fact that luck favors fools. Maybe you’ve been blogging for months, or even years, and it just feels like you’re never going to grow the audience you hoped for.

Maybe you’ve tried to promote your blog in various ways, but nothing has worked yet, and you’re not even sure if you’re even doing things in the right way.

I know bloggers with millions of monthly visitors who put 90% of their promotional effort behind just one single strategy. What is that one magic strategy? The amazing thing is, in each case the strategy is different. These superstar bloggers just found what felt right and delivered the most results for them and then worked that single strategy over and over and over again.

When we talk about promoting our blogs, we’re really talking about two different kinds of activities: individual blog post promotion and overall blog promotion. We call out this distinction because the way you use tactics from these two categories will be different.

Tactics for promoting each individual blog post will be typically used in checklist fashion, where you repeat most or all of the tactics on your checklist each time you publish a new blog post.

Overall blog post promotion tactics on the other hand, won’t be tied to individual articles. These are actions you’ll carry out separately, to consistently get the word out about you and your blog overall.

    • Yes there are many tips and tricks to promote blog in the world of internet but it is a very hard job that is why some people get fame in the world of internet to whom that luck supports not all the bloggers as I have seen.

How to promote your blog? It’s a good question most marketers struggle with.

And yet, folks like Joseph Jaffe recommend spending 90% of your time promoting the blog you wrote during the other 10% of your day.

Let that sink in: JH recommends that you spend 54 minutes promoting your blog for every hour you spend writing.

If you’re anything like us at CoSchedule, you’re already:

Trying really hard to write better content that your audience will find extremely useful.
Working on growing your email list to introduce thousands of new folks to your products and services.
Focusing on projects that will deliver 10x growth for your business.

I’m actually writing this post because this is a huge area we need to improve at CoSchedule. We write great blog posts, but we could do so much more to promote them.

But when I started researching the topic of “how to promote your blog”, I just wasn’t finding a whole lot of ideas coupled with the real how-to, actionable advice that would really help us find the best blog promotion tactics for us.

So I decided to share this research with you to help you promote your blog better than ever. Consider this post a “choose your own adventure” novel, just like I did when writing it. This is meant to inspire new ideas, try new blog promotion tactics, and grow traffic to your blog. You don’t need to try every one, but here is the world’s most in-depth list of how to promote your blog.
