They were selling mangoes at Aldi a few days ago. My wife bought one. I know I have a hard time next to impossible to plant the seed but know I have to remove the pit from the seed and let it germinate before planting it into the dirt. I did however manage a few years ago to get one growing from seed. I love the flavor of it but there is so little meat in the fruit that I prefer buying mango juice and drinking it instead.

mango is one my favorite fruits, i always eat together rice and its good and every time i buy fruit shake i always choose mango flavor.

It’s mango season now in Ph and I buy everyday.Mangoes are so nutritious and full of fiber.It helps persons with constipation problem.

My hubby is the biggest lover of mangoes. He has been gathering the seeds of the mangoes he has been eating and now when it will rain he plans to put them in the soil of the nearby park so that he may see the trees grow and have some mangoes from the trees like he used to have during his childhood.

Mangoes are abundantly grown in our place. There is an area in our place which is planted with mango. It is grown for export. It is located in one of the small islands in our region. The mango plantation is well maintained. Though it is raised in our place, the price is too costly. It is priced as an exported fruit. Our mango doesn’t look like that one in the uploaded picture in this site. By the way, that kind of mango, we call it here as apple mango. As compared to our local exported grown mango, it couldn’t surpass the quality, the taste, and everything.

So, I don’t see any mangoes on sale yet.
If there is a big offer, i would definitely not miss them!
I love to eat ripe mangoes rather than unripe ones.

I love mango. I had a mango and peach smoothie today. Made homemade.

Mango is a delicious fruit, but very expensive here. I wait till they go on special by the crate. But even there, the number in the box is small these days. If they were inexpensive I would eat them every day!

If there were no other fruit in the world but mangoes, I could live with that! 🙂 Of course, if pineapples were added, I could be content with that too! 🙂

@okksummers I have been to Florida as part of our US holiday and we were taken to the Busch Gardens. I do not think even a month will be enough to see what lies there.

My niece and her kids just got back and she also went when she was younger. I would love to go to Disney.

I only see this in movie, haven;t explored to Disneyland.

I didn’t know about the cats. That’s very cool! I went once to Disney World when I was young and didn’t find it all that interesting. But I totally missed out on seeing EPCOT, which was what I had wanted to go there for 🙁

You have given the readers wonderful information about Disneyland amusements but I have not visited any Disney land still. Pleasure Island is the nightlife district at Downtown Disney. The Island has theme nightclubs, restaurants and shops. It has an “open gate” policy, which means that entry is free — you only have to pay if you want to enter one of the nightclubs.

Thursday nights are always crowded. Thursdays are Cast Night, when Disney employees get in free.

If you want to hear live music, bands play at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Beach Club and Pleasure Island Jazz Company. These clubs feature four or five sets nightly, which run about 45 minutes. Also, the West End Stage features a House Band performing sets before and after the New Year’s Eve Street Party.

Pleasure Island celebrates New Year’s Every Night! at 11:45pm on the West End Stage. This show is performed by the Explosion Dancers and features lots of music until the “New Year” arrives at Midnight followed by a fireworks display.

If you are not planning on drinking alcohol, Pleasure Island has a Designated Driver Program. Any person over 21 is eligible to use the program when they come with another person over-21 who is planning on drinking. The Designated Driver will receive a two coupons redeemable for a non-alcoholic soft drink.
