Hi friends i hope you all are having a wonderful Sunday. I went to church today and i felt so inspired about prayer and fasting. I got to learn quite a few things about it and it is truly a good awakening. I know most us ace never dashed before , maybe because you don’t believe in it or it has never occurs to you to do so. But what I can share is…[Read more]

I think small money can turn into larger if you are saving even single penny from it. Most of the time I used to think the same. Then I started saving every single amount. And then compounded it. That way I have managed to handle a lot of money. I am not sure if it’s possible for all. But saving money and then compounded it can be really good. I…[Read more]

One should not ask for more than what he is entitled to.  In case we attempt getting more from another person—it is sure that some other person will take away that or more than that from us.    I learnt this after […]

    • yea dont ask for more than what you need, but sure dont stop and keep growing your work, your happy life, your money, your friends, some things you need more than what you have, and its good to have more but not to be greedy, i mean greediness will destroy what ever you did good in life

    • A wise judgement from the magistrate. There are many people who have the nature of the peasant and want to take advantage of others misery. Unfortunately they succeed many a times and that is what emboldens them to carry out their habit to great heights of perfection further. This will trouble many people who happen to be such peoples victims. But karma also plays a role.

People like the peasant usually suffer very badly when they grow old, or their would not be anyone to take care of them. It may also me that his own children may throw him out of his own house in old age when he is infirm and unwell. Whatever it is such people will be caught by karma if not in this lifetime the next birth. Such is karma. Thanks for the share.

I have chrome as my primary browser. Apart from chrome, I have also installed Firefox and Opera. And Internet Explorer is something I can’t get rid of. It seems that browser seems to be attached by default. And not something I’d use for serious work. Most of my work gets done with the chrome. And I think the extensions are what makes the chrome a…[Read more]

I think WordPress does not seem to have option for notification when some author in it is having comment. Usually it’s the WordPress admin that only gets the notification. So they need to do some plugin or adjustment to the site. And if they can do that then each individual author in WordPress can get notified for the comments they have got. So…[Read more]

The primary reason why I stopped smoking was that m […]

    • i dont like smoking but to be honest there are other type like shisha, its awesome, but it does do bad to your body, so i am against smoking but from time to time is fine, because smoking is addict and its not fair to make people stop it only because you dont like ,it buy needs to make it limited for respecting other people around you, i think its good that there are places for non smokers and area for smokers too, so the balance is there and no body is forced in anything

    • Congrats for that victory over a deadly vice, smoking! It is not only dangerous to the smoker himself, but to people around him who can inhale the smoke; they are called second-hand smoker which health experts say is more affected by that smoke.

I hate the smell of cigarettes too, because I know it is very dangerous to our health, especially to women. It is right that the government is banning smoking in enclosed establishments and other public areas.

    • It is saddening that there are people in the world who could hardly have the necessities in life: food, clothing and shelter. What could their government been doing to alleviate the problem. Hopefully the United Nations or other rich countries will reach out to these poor people.

    • Yes you are right. It is really heart-breaking that there are so many people in other parts of the world that die from the absence of food, medicines and other basic necessities of life.

It’s really very ironic that in some highly develop countries; there are so many surplus foods, clothing and other basic necessities.

So many people in the develop countries spend most of their money only for luxury goods or items, when in fact half of the world population are living in want and poverty.

There are so many factors, both man-made and otherwise, for us to understand why poverty is rampant in these countries in Africa.

There is the level of economic development, the current system of their government, graft and corruptions among its officials, the fact that most of these countries were colonies or has been colonized by foreign powers, its natural resources as well.

Yes, there must be concerted efforts on the part of their respective government, other foreign government and other international organization such as the United Nations and the International Red Cross in order to alleviate their plight and present conditions.

What is needed I think is political will to make it happen.

    • This is a very interesting piece of writing. No going around the bushes in manner of speaking but very straight forward or direct to the point. Yes, the message really hit the mark.

I found the title “The Basics of Being Ugly” a bit amusing and at the same time quite absorbing. Who wants to be ugly in the first place? Everyone wants to be beautiful am I right?

The title reminds me of our college class back in the old days in the Art Appreciation/Humanities especially in Aesthetics. I vividly recall that our professor once told us that in Aesthetics “there is no such thing as ugly, only less beautiful”.

As I understand the writings the word ugly covers both the “physical ugliness” and the “ugliness of character”.

Whether or not there is such a thing as “Martha’s House” or it is a mere fictionalized representation, it is quite intriguing that a group of girls with physical and character ugliness are tied together in one place.

I believed that the development of any person character is always dependent upon the “nature-nurture” thing (genetics and environmental factors).

If and when I’m going to meet those girls in the near future (who knows?) I’m going to be just my old self: just be myself and to carry myself as gentleman.

      • It is a real place, and these are real people; warts and all. Their ugliness is not just physical, it is everything about them. Their behaviour has virtually chased the more normal people out, and they don’t seem to appreciate reality.

I think online earning works if you work hard just like you do in real life. You can make money. Far more than offline earning. But you have to work extra hard to sustain this earning. Because often this type of earning is not easy to digest. You have to save money and put some money back into your development. This way you can control a lot of…[Read more]
