This is very interesting. I have low blood pressure due to medication I take for my heart. It can be as dangerous as high blood pressure since I can pass out easily. It’s a tricky balance sometimes!
-
I am on medication for BP and there are always side effects with these tablets. I am not a diabetic. There could be other factors leading to high BP.
-
We better have education and orientation of the right foods that protect us from blood pressure to rise from its normal level. There ae many factors that trigger one to have blood to rise.
-
My dad had high bp many years ago, on medications daily, pity him
-
in addition, he will be on medication for his lifetime.
He can’t skip or reduce the dosage, his blood pressure will shoot up higher and cause relapse -
Actually blood pressure is the stay of air in the arteries and the pressure of air in the arteries increases and decreases is called high and low blood pressure.
In other words we say that When your heart beats, it pumps blood round your body to give it the energy and oxygen it needs. As the blood moves, it pushes against the sides of the blood vessels. The strength of this pushing is your blood pressure. If your blood pressure is too high, it puts extra strain on your arteries (and your heart) and this may lead to heart attacks and strokes.
There are two kinds of blood pressure as Every blood pressure reading consists of two numbers or levels. They are shown as one number on top of the other.
The first (or top) number is your systolic blood pressure. It is the highest level your blood pressure reaches when your heart beats.
The second (or bottom) number is your diastolic blood pressure. It is the lowest level your blood pressure reaches as your heart relaxes between beats.
We must keep in mind that Even if you do not have high blood pressure at the moment, it is important to keep your blood pressure as low as you can. The higher your blood pressure, the higher your risk of health problems.
For example, a blood pressure of 135 over 85 may be “normal” but someone with this reading is twice as likely to have a heart attack or stroke as someone with a reading of 115 over 75.

Harassment is not good for women in any society because woman is love and power of God on earth but most of the people use women with wrong intention forgetting this they mothers, and sisters at home.
The way a woman is dressed does not tell you if she wants to be commented on. If she looks dressed up, do not assume it is to gain the admiration of all men she sees and that you should say something to her. She may enjoy dressing up, she may be dressed up for an event, or she may be dressed up to gain the admiration of a specific person or persons. Unless she has a sign on that says, “Please comment on my looks,” do not do it.
Stranger rape and harassment are real threats for women. If you find yourself alone with a woman in a deserted parking garage, road, or park, especially at night., keep a respectful distance and do not approach her.

when my little ones were young it was difficult to get them to sit down for 5 minutes, they wandered off pretty quickly that I couldn’t sit down to listen what the priest had been preaching

I don’t know what I’ll do if I have more than one child like this, to be honest, LOL! I can understand the frustration of some Church-goers when kids start to make noise but what can we do? It’s not as if we’re not trying but kids don’t really appreciate the Mass at that age. I seldom bring my son to Church because if the weather is bad, he has nowhere to go so more often, he stays at home (or inside the shopping centers) with his Dad while I go to Church. But while it is summer, I try to let him stay around for a few moments because I don’t want him to grow up thinking that Sunday is a day to go to the Disney store!

I was also told the same thing that babies can see things we don’t see. Well, they are still so pure and innocent so I wouldn’t be surprised if their angels are keeping them company! By any chance, do you still have these “encounters” until now?

In my church it’s a completely different setting. Am a protestant and I am religious as well, I always try to make time for church whenever I can.
In our church we have sections where everyone is attended to. First and foremost we have two services where th3 first one is for early riders like me, we start at 8.30am and the second service starts at 11.30am that’s the main services that run in the main sanctuary then there is a side for the youth church and the Sunday school church for the young kids between the ages of 3years and so on. In th3 main sanctuary there is a room for mother’s who have toddlers it’s well equipped with a toilet a sink and even a Macintosh where they can change the babies nappy when they are soiled. The Windows and walls are thick enough to hold in the babies cries. Nowadays chirches have overhead screens that televise the whole service so even if you are in that room you don’t miss anything you are part of the service by all means. So everyone is literally taken care off in our church. You will not hear kids running up and down the aisle causing a disturbance, the other kids are having their own classes in Sunday school, so Sunday services are nice and quiet during sermons. I just thank God that our pastor together with his pastoral team were able to come up with such a brilliant idea. Not so many churches have this kind of setting in their churches but it’s a no or idea that most churches should take up and keep the nursing mother’s in church on Sunday. -
babes are innocent and the friends of angels and closet to God due to innocent until they commit crimes and do their souls black. Most of the kid go into the church with parents some remain quiet and some make a noise because they cannot control their emotions looking at some awkward thing in men and women in church praying men and women.
I think that the church has a big aspect of nurturing development of children. It is important that children grow up with values and the church is very strategically positioned to do that. Today we are reminding the church of its divine role especially now when there are many conflicting aspects affecting children.
So far, the programme boosts of children spiritual nurture in a number of churches across the country, trained church leaders to respond to a number of community issues including peace building, restoring hope to the hopeless through the channels of hope programmes as well as equipping children with life skills to enable them overcome life challenges like early marriages, drug abuse among others.

Common causes of anxiety include these mental conditions: Panic disorder: In addition to anxiety, common symptoms of panic disorders are palpitations (feeling your heart beat), dizziness, and shortness of breath,
I think the main cause of anxiety if dispersed emotions in human mind or when someone cannot find the the hidden problem solution and feels helpless in due circumstances causes severe anxiety.
People with anxiety disorders may be unable to stop worrying about seemingly unimportant things, and they can perceive situations as much worse then they actually are. It interferes with the enjoyment of life and disrupts work, relationships and self-perceptions. Anxiety disorders are treatable conditions, and learning about them is an important first step.
Anxiety disorders are the most common mental disorders, affecting 14% of Australians in a one year period. Women are more likely to develop anxiety than men, but it is not clear why. There are many forms of anxiety disorders but the one thing they have in common is their impact on day-to-day activities.
Anxiety can affect your ability to concentrate, sleep and carry out ordinary tasks at work, home or school. People with anxiety disorders often feel compelled to avoid stressful situations and in extreme cases avoid going out altogether. Physical symptoms are common, such as shortness of breath, a pounding heart and shaking hands
