When I was much younger there was a television show that started off popular but ended with the public outrage! Th public protested so much that it was taken off the air. The TV show presented information similar to what you shared in the post. The America public couldn’t stand it. It was just too much to digest and accept. Yes we understand people have cultural differences. But some practices, customs and traditions are just unacceptable to humanity. In Bible times there was a nation that sacrificed to their gods by burning babies in the fire. Need I say that nation, along with its murderous “religion” was wiped out. Thank God!!!

I knew there were strange practices occuring on the continent of Africa. I like Nigeria and know many Nigeria, but I have never been to the country. I am well aware of the media coverage about female circumcision and i am happy that It is going out of practices. I am shocked at the drinking husband corpse water and lying with the corpse. Sounds like a horror movie to me. But It also brings to light some of the horrors human brings endured and continue to endure.
