In my opinion seniors are more co-operating than juniors as they are always ready to make adjustments. Adjustments means to change oneself as per the demand, and seniors are perfect in this connection. Juniors do need to learn more from their senior counterparts.

For those who thrive with people around them it is not easy to shun some away. But it becomes necessary as by and by they realise that it is quantity and not quantity that one should aim for. I am one of those who always liked people around me. It took me a while and today my world has shrunk and have few real people in my life. My virtual world is expanding.

What if we are the negative people? should we block ourselves too? .I think before blocking anyone in our lives, we should atleast offer them help that they are keeping within themselves. If they refuse or if they did not learn something from us, maybe that’s the time that we should block them from our lives. Spread the love and positivity to them.
