There’s a need to proceed whether in a different location or just being here in Miami, Florida. I’m sure the boys wouldn’t be thrilled about Tanikka Paulk moving to another location but Mommy certainly has to live.

This is similar to Coconut Buffy prepared in India. Instead of Mungo Beans, we add some dry fruits. We add some cocoa or Pista also. This dish resembles in all aspects the Coconut Buffy. If we add some Basin also the texture becomes very nice. This can be stored easily for 20 days in a container. Can we preserve the Coconut Pudding with Mungo beans for 2 weeks?This is looking great with smooth texture.

Happiness is a state of mind. It’s also fleeting. Especially if that happiness requires an external stimulation like material things or is dependent on the approval/disapproval of other people. I would choose contentment over “happiness”. The quote, “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference” is a good attitude to have. It helps remove much of the psychological baggage we carry around that is a hindrance to our emotional well-being and “happiness”.
