I wrote recently about my short term recovery from wisdom tooth surgery, now it’s time to fill you in on the longer term recovery. I’m at two and a half weeks out from surgery now and it’s been a little bit of a […]

    • The surgery definitely is not as bad as we have imagined, but the recovery is painful!
Fortunately my wisdom teeth were removed long ago, and without the need for surgery.
The dentist just pulled them out.

    • tooth pain, men that is one pain i would do anything to avoid. i have never liked tooth ache leave alone surgery, that’s painful. i can only imagine what pain you had to go through, sensitivity is also part of it and it is so uncomfortable you can’t chew food properly because you are always thinking that maybe the tooth may loosen up an fall out. But thank goodness you are recovering well.

    • Depression is more than just a low mood – it’s a serious condition that affects your physical and mental health.

Depression affects how you feel about yourself and makes life more difficult to manage from day to day. The encouraging news is that there are a range of treatments, health professionals and services available to help with depression, as well as information on what you can do to help yourself.

To fight depression we must eat these fruits and vegetables as Beta-carotene: apricots, broccoli, cantaloupe, carrots, collards, peaches, pumpkin, spinach, sweet potato

Vitamin C: blueberries, broccoli, grapefruit, kiwi, oranges, peppers, potatoes, strawberries, tomato

Vitamin E: margarine, nuts and seeds, vegetable oils, wheat germ

besides, Foods like turkey, tuna, and chicken have an amino acid called tryptophan, which may help you make serotonin. Try to eat something with protein several times a day, especially when you need to clear your mind and boost your energy.

I think it could be totally within the range of normal to not have wisdom teeth or be missing some.  Stuff just happens.

    • When I was in the hospital they were giving me a particular pain medication, which I didn’t take. The pain was not that bad and I considered it was better to manage the pain on my own then become addicted.

When I left the hospital they gave me about 2 dozen of these pills which I kept unopened.

The pain I had was never that bad that I couldn’t manage it, but I think I was more afraid of addiction than the pain.

I don’t write that many blog posts.  It is hard sometimes to think of a good SEO topic to write about.  Yesterday I wrote two though.  Do we still have the 300 word minimum?  I saw some blog posts that were published which were less than that I believe.
