We are happy and faithfully living together with my wife for 44 years. My wife was my high school sweetheart. Out of those years of married life, we have valued so much our family. We have 6 grown-up children now.
Four of them have their own family already. We have a great family bonding. Every new year, we have our grand family reunion and we…[Read more]

There were two periods in my life I was a bit plump or chubby, when I was a toddler and when I was in high school. When I showed my high school photos to my friends, they didn’t believe I was that fat. Most of my aunts are quite plump, so my family members always think I am like them too, I believed in that too.
When I was in high school, I…[Read more]

@swalia
I had a gallbladder surgery removal too, 11 years ago.
Back then, I weighed 60kg for a 146cm height mom.
That is a short, plump POE for sure.
Then I kept having gastric pains, went to see doctor and he said I had gallstones not gastric pains.
My weight went down drastically from 60kg to 40kg because I had to watch my diet.
But it…[Read more]
@Maggie As I have mentioned before, I am absolutely fit and proud to weight almost same for last 2 decades or so!
@Grecy Garcia actually there is a standard weight chart for men and women which says 1kg/per inch for men and 800 gms/per inch for women +- 5% is the standard weight
@JoDee Stout I don’t think gallbladder removal makes any dif…[Read more]

@heroine I agree and sometimes not thinking about the food that you eat is the problem too.
@4cryingoutloud I am thinking getting older as we normally have slow metabolism but there is a home remedy to make it faster again.
@sunil good to know, I think with that size you are still thin and I hope you are healthy.
@swalia pedometer at your phone, oh I thought Pedometer should attached to your waists, that is new to me. I will research on that one.
@dawnwriter actually I consider myself fat and I am having a hart time losing weight. I don’t want to lose slimming…[Read more]

I fall in the sedentary group, as I have arthritis in my back. All (or at least most of my fat) is in my stomach. I also had my gallbladder removed. I also use to work outside the home as well. Maybe it’s age too!! I want to get a pedometer or fitbit to see how many steps I walk a day!!

I think there are lots of things that make relation success, above all is if you are serious about it first of all. are both compatible, sharing and caring, trust, is the enough space being provided, being possessive creates a mess at times, how well do you know your partner, small things matter at times, behave like a friend with your partner not…[Read more]

This is true. British have found out the right thing which is in accordance with the Law of Attraction.
In my childhood, I could not understand ways to lose fat. I met a coach who told me to attack it the way monkeys attack stress. I decided to make it simple and straightforward. I do not go for rigorous workouts still. My approach…[Read more]

This is rather strange but a British study has suggested that if you consider yourself “fat”, you will find it harder to lose weight and will have an increased BMI.
Depression and stress about your own image can only make you feel worse and make it harder for you to lose weight.
So people with weight problems should think positive and be happy…[Read more]
@Grecy Garcia I am not in the fat category as I am only 75 KG and few grms for my 72 inches and I am the same ever since I completed my college years before.
@Dawnwriter I agree with you but I am glad for myself that my habit of walking and jogging saves me from belly fat.
I recently read an article about belly-fat and boy was it scary.
Did you know that belly fat is associated with serious health problems, such as heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Bad diet, alcohol, sedentary life style, genes and fast food all contribute to belly fat.
Men tend to gather more belly fat then women which was rather…[Read more]
@swalia I was doing the 10000 steps before and I even met that before. I bought a pedometer but it is quite useless because I failed to be consistent. Since you remind me, I will look for my pedometer after this one and will try to meet the 10000 steps. I am quite ashamed of what I look like because most of my friends are sexy and healthy and I…[Read more]
